I bought the original "Lauren" perfume at Macy's in Temecula, CA. Unfortunately, the bottle was defective; it would frequently leak because it would fall over in my purse due to a connection issue with the spout. I realized this after my hands and purse constantly smelled like the perfume. By the time I figured it out, it was past Macy's 30-day return policy, and they couldn't assist me. I really need this perfume from Macy's because I have their charge card, and it's my all-time favorite, even though it's hard to find. I lost some of the perfume due to the leaks, and I'd like to know if there's a way to replace the bottle or order a new one to be sent to Macy's at the Promenade Mall in Temecula. This perfume means a lot to me, even though it's not exactly the same as it was in the '80s. Can someone help with this? Thank you.

I would like to return a rugby shirt. Unfortunately, there was no return shipping label in the parcel box when the item arrived. The adhesive sheet was missing. I do not want to incur any costs due to this error. I have already contacted your staff, who advised me to send an email. I did so a few days ago but have not received a response. I need a new return shipping label from Timberland. Please send it to me by post or email so that I can print it off. This mistake on your end is causing me inconvenience and taking up a significant amount of my time. Thank you.

I purchased a 'slim fit stretch mesh polo' on 06/25/[redacted], which was delivered to a UPS access point. Unfortunately, the UPS access point at [redacted] Ripple Road, Barking, IG11 9PN, closed the day the order arrived. I was expecting a refund as per the return policy, but have not received it yet. The order number is [redacted]. Since I no longer need the item, I am requesting a refund. Despite emailing Ralph Lauren three times, the customer service response has been unhelpful and disappointing.

I need assistance with a late return for my order number [redacted] from 14/05/23, which is for a denim skirt. I initially contacted customer support and was provided with an email for return to a YPS outlet, but unfortunately, I misplaced the email. I have been unwell and bedridden since then, which has made it impossible to follow up until now. I am feeling better and would appreciate it if I could receive a re-email of the returns label if possible. The item is unsuitable and Ralph Lauren also sent a smaller size than what I had ordered. The cost of the skirt was £[redacted].00 with free shipping, and I cannot afford to keep an item that does not fit correctly. Thank you for your help.
