In January, I unfortunately fell victim to a scam while in Italy. I mistakenly paid €[redacted].00 to a company named Reimage for a year-long 24/7 software computer service contract. I used my debit card for the payment, which was debited on January 14th, but I never received any confirmation or contract from them. My experience with this company turned out to be a nightmare for the following six weeks. Upon realizing the situation, I reached out to a contact in America as I had lost contact with the Italian company. They promised me a full refund. However, I recently found out that Reimage itself is a virus, casting doubt on whether they will follow through with the refund. I am now uncertain if I will ever see my €[redacted].00 again. Any assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.
