On December 6, [redacted], I made a purchase online from what I thought was Walmart for a TV worth $[redacted].00. However, when I reviewed my credit card statement, I saw a charge from "REPEELSTORE.ONLINE," a merchant I do not recognize. I contacted the RBC Fraud department, and they confirmed it as a fraudulent transaction. I have since blocked my credit card. Kindly confirm that no further payments will be made to this merchant, and let me know if a new card will be issued. Thank you.

I found the GetHuman service to be very disappointing. During the 1st call I scheduled, no one responded when I answered, and the call dropped soon after. The 2nd call, after screening my call, I was put on hold for a travel insurance department, despite noting my issue in the comment box on GetHuman. The hold message sounded like the RBC VISA message, which lasted for 90 minutes before the call ended due to a system failure. I consider the GetHuman service to be unhelpful. I hope to share my experience and bring it to the attention of RBC's management so they can evaluate this type of service. Thank you for nothing and for wasting my time.

I canceled my subscription on myheritage.com in February, as it was set to end in March [redacted]. This morning, I received a renewal notice on my phone, which was not authorized. I do not want it to be renewed. Despite contacting the company, they informed me that the cancellation was in place but a mistake occurred. They mentioned that someone would be calling me, but I believe it's a delaying tactic. I am quite upset about this situation and require assistance in resolving it.

I transferred $[redacted] US ($[redacted] CAD) to Bitcoin Era on March 24, [redacted]. Shortly after, I discovered that Bitcoin Era is a well-known scam targeting people's money. When I contacted RBC VISA on March 24, a representative informed me to request a refund from the vendor. After sending two emails to the vendor without success, I got in touch with RBC Visa on April 8. Natasha, the representative I spoke to, mentioned that a temporary refund would be processed promptly, and a new card would be sent to me. As of now, I have not received the refund or the new card. I am dissatisfied with RBC Visa's handling of this situation and urge them to refund the $[redacted] US to my card promptly and send me a replacement card. If this matter is not resolved promptly, we will terminate our relationship with RBC. Thank you, D. Doan.

My card keeps getting declined for online purchases, and then I receive a fraud alert text or phone call from RBC. I've attempted to contact customer service multiple times without success. Initially, I spoke to a representative who transferred me to their manager, but the call got disconnected. I was later informed that my card was blocked due to the type of purchase, but then was put on hold indefinitely. I called back after work and waited on hold for two hours with no resolution. Today, I tried again and gave up after waiting for 45 minutes. This customer service experience has been frustrating and time-consuming.

My name is Carol W. Hall, living at [redacted] Farley Road, Denman Island, BC, V0R 1T0. On May 22, [redacted], I purchased shoes online from what I believed to be Merrell Canada. Despite the lack of a confirmation number, my RBC Visa account was charged $[redacted].61. Although I received a tracking number the next day, the delivery progress was slow, then stopped. Merrell informed me that the website was fraudulent and advised me to seek a refund from the site, which I attempted unsuccessfully. The payment details show $[redacted].61 to SQ*MONIQUE KUPRA, gosq.com, TX on May 22, [redacted]. While I am unsure if PayPal was involved, they have reimbursed me before. I am hopeful that RBC Visa will assist with a refund for this fraudulent purchase I made in good faith. Additional information can be provided if needed.

My name is Steve E. from Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada. I used my RBC Visa card today, January 20, [redacted], at Fantasy Island resort in Roatan, Honduras. I left the resort within 3 hours of checking in because it was not as advertised. The resort was run down, with a dilapidated entrance and dirty rooms. The all-inclusive lunch had run out by the time we arrived, and the buffet closed early. The bar had long lines and limited drinks. The pool water was cloudy. After feeling disappointed, I decided to leave and return to my hotel. Fantasy Island charged my Visa approximately $[redacted] for services I did not receive. I request a refund for this amount. Communication via email is preferred due to high cell phone rates until January 29. Thank you.

I am still getting charged Budget Premium fees even after a 3-hour call with the team (RBC transferred me to them) where I was told I wouldn't be charged if my bills stayed under 20k CAD. This month I got charged again. I want the call recording to be checked and to receive compensation for this. The call will prove I was given incorrect information. I rely on what I am told by the team, so I hope this can be resolved. Thank you.

I misplaced my RBC credit card and experienced significant challenges in confirming my identity due to being in Mexico with health issues. After numerous attempts and requests for in-person verification at a Canadian RBC branch, I explained my situation, leading to a supervisor's assurance that a new card could be sent to Mexico. Following a discussion with the fraud department, I was directed to a department, possibly called SSG, for further assistance. Despite being promised a call back for an identity confirmation via video call, I have not received any communication since the weekend. My contact number is a Canadian business number, [redacted], under the name Bonnie F. I kindly request prompt assistance to resolve this matter. Thank you.
