I am frustrated with RBC constantly changing the layout of their online services. The VISA statement and checking form were perfect as they were, and now I am struggling to find what I need easily with this new layout. Please revert it back to the previous design. Changing things that are already working fine seems unnecessary. Could we please follow the saying, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it"? It's frustrating to see changes made without considering the users who found the previous system efficient.
