R+L Carriers were scheduled to pick up my couch for return to the furniture store on Wednesday, the 9th. When they didn't arrive, I contacted them, and they informed me that residential pickups weren't available on that day in my area. They rescheduled for today, Thursday, the 10th, but they still haven't come. Due to both my and my partner's disabilities, we can't move the couch back inside after we had it prepared on a pallet as instructed. It's now still outside, risking damage. I urgently need it picked up tomorrow, Friday, the 11th. I'm tired of the delays and worried about my $[redacted] couch being ruined. Please address this promptly.
