The employees at [redacted] N 78 Street in Kansas City, KS displayed a lack of respect towards customers. During my recent visit, I overheard the young manager engaging in gossip with a pizza maker in the kitchen. Since then, even in his absence, the same pizza maker, a white woman aged between 22-25, has treated me disrespectfully by being rude and putting me on longer wait times than other customers. Yesterday, around 1:30 pm, when I inquired about the wait time for a slice of pizza, another employee said two minutes, but the pizza maker insisted I wait seventeen minutes. I feel this treatment is based on my race and accent. As a regular customer, I expect to be treated with the same respect as others. I am urging the Administrative staff to address this issue promptly, as the hostile environment is becoming intolerable for me.
