I made a purchase from your store on January 9th. It is now January 27th, almost three weeks later, and I have not received any updates on the whereabouts of my order. Your recent email explained that the delay is due to Brexit, which I understand, but the lack of information is becoming frustrating. I need to know the specific location of MY package. Despite checking the tracking number daily, there have been no updates.
I ordered a bag from you on January 9th in preparation for my move from the UK to New Zealand on February 9th. I am concerned that the bag may not arrive on time, leaving me with no way to return it before my departure. One would assume ordering a month in advance would suffice. Providing a warning about potential delays would have been appreciated.
If you cannot guarantee the timely arrival of my order, I kindly request a refund now. There will be no means for me to return it once I leave the country.
I urge you to respond promptly as this situation is causing me significant stress and requires your attention to ensure customer satisfaction.
