I need to update my old QVC membership number. Here is my Santander card information: Card number 5[redacted] 7[redacted], valid from 02/[redacted] to 02/[redacted], with the account number [redacted]41, PIN [redacted], and CVC [redacted]. I struggle to use the site with this number and would like an alternative way to input it for ordering. I want to purchase the Shark Handheld Cordless Vacuum on-air on 04/07/[redacted] but forgot the item number. Can you please place the order with 2 Easy Pays? Kindly confirm via email. Thank you.

I recently discovered some unauthorized charges on my Costco Visa card which Citibank quickly addressed, but during the process, they mistakenly questioned the validity of my charges with QVC. Despite my reassurances, a Citibank representative incorrectly informed QVC that I disputed the charges, resulting in my account being deactivated. Citibank assured me that they would clarify this error with QVC, but a letter I received suggested otherwise. Consequently, I am unable to access my Citibank account to view past orders, some of which require return. I am hesitant to contact Citibank again due to the lack of documentation. Are there any alternative steps I can take to resolve this issue?

To the QVC Supervisor: I, Gwen G., recently received 9 bottles of Lancer cream when I only ordered 1. After serious contemplation, I decided to keep them, but I now regret not returning the extras promptly in accordance with my faith. I have asked for God's forgiveness and now seek QVC's forgiveness to pay for the additional 8 bottles. I am deeply remorseful and committed to adhering to my beliefs moving forward. I made a purchase on November 28th with QVC order number [redacted]8 79, but it was canceled the next day, November 29th. However, it is still showing as a pending transaction in my bank account. I spoke with customer representatives who advised that it may take 3 to 5 business days for the reversal to reflect in my account. It has been more than 5 business days now, and my bank mentioned they are waiting for the transaction to be reversed by the company before they can credit my account again.

I wanted to share my appreciation for QVC, especially their Dooney and Burke products. I bought three items this year and love them. I would love to see QVC do more "Made in America" shows since I have concerns about products being made in China. I believe supporting American-made products is crucial, so I will wait for more options before making additional purchases. Thank you for the great Dooney and Burke items! -Cassandra M.

I received your letter dated July 12, [redacted], regarding Ref EZ2L and order number [redacted]0. I have been informed that there is an issue with my payment. I was given a number to call, but when I attempted, I was told to call back on a different day and time. After reviewing my information, there seems to be no problem with the payment. Unfortunately, I cannot address this matter over the phone as I have been unable to reach a representative.

Order number: [redacted]. I returned a necklace using their label. I have been patiently waiting for my full refund since August [redacted]. Initially, I only got a partial refund of $12.45 in September. Later, I found out that the remaining $51.50 was credited to my QVC account, even though I requested the money back. After receiving a collection letter, I had to clarify the situation with customer service. I was informed that my refund was sent to PayPal in September [redacted], but I couldn't get a transaction ID. After several attempts, I was assured they located my refund after it got lost in the process. I'm still waiting for the refund to be processed after 7 days. It has been 7 months, and I have yet to receive my money. I urge QVC to resolve the issue with their collections department and expedite my refund. Despite explaining multiple times, my refund was delayed again due to a mistaken credit on my account that I did not use.

I recently upgraded to a smartphone for work purposes, but I'm having trouble with Tracfone not registering my new device on their network. Even after multiple attempts to contact them, the issue remains unresolved. I spent hours on the phone with Tracfone's Customer Service and Tech Department without any success. I can only use my phone for emergency calls as it's not recognized on any network. I believe the best solution would be for me to switch to a different mobile carrier. I hope to resolve this connectivity problem soon to make full use of my new device.

Subject: Return of Order [redacted] - Unsatisfactory Packaging and Delivery Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to inform you that I will be returning the item I ordered on 28.05.[redacted] and received on 01.06.[redacted], which is the SODASTREAM CRYSTAL 2.0 with 3 glass bottles in the original box. The package was delivered by Hermes. Unfortunately, the outer box was damaged during delivery. Despite not being able to attach the proof images to this email, I opened the package briefly to check the glass bottles, which were unharmed. However, I must point out that the overall packaging was very sloppy, especially the glass bottles were not properly secured or cushioned to prevent breakage during transit, which I find negligent. Moreover, the entire delivery was delayed with two instances of shipment delays, despite being ordered well in advance as a gift for a special occasion. Therefore, I am promptly returning the planned gift. As I had selected the payment on invoice within 14 days option, I have not made any payment to QVC yet, ensuring that no refund will be necessary upon the return of the item, which I will personally hand over at the Hermes shop tomorrow. I must admit my disappointment with QVC, as the perceived friendly customer service, timely deliveries by Hermes, and high-quality packaging were not met as expected. I recently returned three items because they were too large for me as I had been losing weight. I requested an exchange for size large in all three items, but only two were credited to my account instead of receiving the smaller size I needed. The third item, the knit Boho top Belle by Kim Gravel with Item#[redacted], was neither exchanged nor credited. Regarding order [redacted] dated 5/29/22 for $[redacted].98, I followed the installation instructions and placed it in a house where it's only used occasionally for a few hours at a time. Initially, there was some rust on the left side that I saw during installation. Although the unit worked well at first, it began making popping sounds while running. Despite the noise, the cooling function was not significantly affected, so I didn't worry much. However, upon cleaning the filter recently, I discovered extensive rust on the left side and the right corner of the filter panel. There was no water present, and it puzzled me. Today, the unit failed to turn on. When attempting to drain it, only about a pint of water came out, containing sediment that seems like metallic debris. I intend to return it, but unfortunately, I discarded the original packaging. I would like to exchange it for a different unit, but I'm unsure how to proceed with the return since it's not cooling as effectively as before and appears to be deteriorating rapidly. Kindly advise on the next steps, as I may try to provide pictures for reference.

I forgot to provide my delivery address when I ordered product K65549 yesterday. After checking online, I realized it is set to ship to my house where no one is available to receive it, and packages in my area often go missing. I cannot afford to risk losing a $[redacted] product. I just spoke to a representative who mentioned it is too late to modify the address. As a new customer without a pin number, I made this order less than a day ago and urgently need to update the shipping details.

I recently received my new TracPhone bought from QVC, a purchase I've made for years. However, when attempting to activate it, I keep getting directed to Verizon. I purchased the phone with a payment plan for [redacted] minutes and am struggling to contact TracPhone for activation. I am aware of the TracPhone merger with Verizon, but I am seeking the service I paid for through QVC, not Verizon. Any assistance in activating my phone with the correct service would be appreciated. I tried to order the black petite 1X large liquid knit pants from Susan Garver's site. When I reached the payment step, I used a credit card that I had just used on another order, and it didn't go through. I then tried a different credit card which was accepted, but when I attempted a third card, it also didn't work. I know all three cards are valid, so I'm seeking assistance to successfully complete my order.

I ordered a Dyson hair dryer on January 21, [redacted]. Initially, I chose FlexPay but later decided to pay the entire amount with my Discover card. I called [redacted] and spoke with George, who was quite rude. I reiterated my preference to pay with Discover, to which he agreed. The next day, I called [redacted] and spoke with Debbie, explaining the same request. She assured me the change would be made and that an accidental charge on my debit card would be removed. Unfortunately, I discovered on January 22 that QVC had still charged $93.73 to my Discover card. Despite multiple attempts to contact QVC today, I was unsuccessful in reaching anyone. I urgently need this issue resolved - I want the entire purchase amount of the Dyson hair dryer to be charged to my Discover card as initially requested, with no charges on my debit card. Please rectify this situation promptly. Thank you.

Dear QVC Support Team, I am Thomas Gallimore, a customer who purchased a computer from your company approximately 10 months ago. Unfortunately, I am extremely dissatisfied with this product due to various ongoing issues. The computer frequently experiences problems such as the cord disconnecting, unexpected shutdowns, continuous error messages, and difficulty saving files. These malfunctions have made it incredibly frustrating for me to use. I am aware of the return policy timeframe, but I sincerely wish to return the computer and receive a refund. I have yet to receive the Nintendo Switch bundle I ordered. I made the first payment without any issues, but the delivery has not arrived. QVC is attempting to charge my card again, but I am hesitant to pay for a product I have not received. The initial package was sent to an address where I was temporarily staying for mental health therapy due to PTSD. I have since moved to a different secure address, my childhood home where I lived for over 20 years before joining the Navy, located at [redacted] Doycron Court. If the bundle is delivered to this address, I am willing to make the remaining installments.

Just wanted to share some feedback. I really appreciate Albert; he's like a breath of fresh air. Steve Doss, I believe that's his last name, is also great, and of course, David. However, 86, I think she mentioned her name as Julia, was a bit off-putting. She talks over everyone and comes off as the queen bee. When she's on, I either mute her or change the channel. Apart from that, everyone else does a fantastic job, and I generally love QVC. - George & Susan Mandy

I returned home to find a frozen item from my auto delivery left between my vehicles in the driveway, which is unusual as deliveries are usually taken to the door by UPS. The package seemed to have undergone a rewrap and had different labels than normal. The dry ice was completely gone, and although the interior was cool, the contents had partially thawed. I am concerned about the quality and safety of the steaks after being partially thawed and refrozen. I have not cooked them yet. I would appreciate any advice on what to do in this situation.

I purchased a plant from you last year, but when it arrived, most of it was dead except for one beautiful pink flower. I recall being advised to place it by the driveway for a lovely display, and that single pink flower did bloom. It was stunning. Could you please identify the type of flower it was so I can order more? The plant has large green leaves and produces big pink flowers. I reside at [redacted] Weisten Avenue, Las Vegas, Nevada.
