I purchased a Beeman Chief 2 Air Rifle, which initially leaked air. They sent me a replacement, but it also started leaking air after some time. I returned it for a refund two weeks ago and have yet to receive it. After two faulty rifles, I didn't want to risk getting a third one. I opted for a Benjamin Fortitude from Pyramid Air, which is working well. However, I still expect a refund for the Beeman rifle I sent back. The item was delivered on the 16th, and as of the 30th, I have not received the refund. I've attempted to call but have been unable to reach anyone. If this matter isn't resolved by the 31st, I will contact PayPal. Is this the level of service offered to loyal customers?
