I experienced a mishap with my Pyle St Flow speaker when the strap broke, causing damage to the legs and plastic components. It's disappointing that such a flimsy strap and poorly made parts were included without a warning. In comparison, the JBL Extreme is lighter and louder. If Pyle increases the wattage to 75 watts, enhances the bass, and designs a sturdier model like the suggested Pyle SuperTurbo II St Thumper, it could dominate the market. By staying around $[redacted], Pyle could surpass the JBL Boom Box by offering a powerful subwoofer system with a long-lasting battery. To improve the durability, they should use aluminum instead of plastic for the strap holder, a thicker strap, and rubber coating in strategic areas. If Pyle considers my suggestions and patents them, I hope they compensate me for the innovative ideas.

When starting the unit for the first time, it displays the date clock in 24-hour mode instead of the preferred format. After changing the startup image, the home screen no longer shows the date clock and MP3 song, and instead displays shortcuts to apps and the BT phone display. It also starts showing random videos from the dashcam. Even after a factory reset, the issues persist, and attempting to change the displayed items results in more problems. The animated equalizer settings play unnecessarily, requiring manual intervention to dismiss. The main functionality seems limited to setting the date/time and adding app shortcuts, with difficulties in customizing the display to preferred items without causing further disruptions.

I purchased a Pyle 200W stereo receiver with Bluetooth capabilities (PDA5BU). I also have a CD player that I want to connect to the receiver. The receiver I received does not mention the ability to connect to a CD player, but the product I bought states that it can. I need clarification if they are the same model or if the CD player connection feature was just not labeled on the packaging. The one I received only specifies FM radio and does not mention CD/DVD player connectivity. I am hesitant to return the items if there was a mistake, so please confirm if they are compatible before I proceed with the return process.

Hello, I recently received the MP3 headphones model PSWP14BK on Tuesday. After speaking with Amazon, they advised me to contact Pyle company. I reached out to them through Facebook the same day I received the product as their website directed me there. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive a response from them. I explained the issue to them regarding the sound being lower in the right side compared to the left side and mentioned that I have tried different songs and switched sides on my ears to troubleshoot. I'm seeking assistance on how to resolve this issue. Thank you.

I recently received the PSWP14BK mp3 headphones from Amazon on Tuesday. After experiencing an issue where the sound on the right side is lower than the left side, I was directed to contact Pyle company for assistance. I attempted to reach out through Facebook and email, but have not received a response. When I tried to fill out the form on their website as suggested in the automatic reply email, I kept encountering an error message preventing me from submitting my request. I have already performed various tests to troubleshoot the sound disparity issue. Any guidance on how to resolve this problem would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I purchased a StreetBlaster model# PBMSPG200VR last Christmas. It makes a buzzing noise when plugged in and emits a high-pitched squeal when turned on. The phone app for the light show works, but that's all. It has been sitting in the box on the hearth since then. I have a three-year extended warranty from Amazon and am now able to return it because of all the recent chaos. I communicated with "Hawk" in customer service via text. He sent me a PDF, but I don’t have a computer or printer to use it. I would like to exchange this unit for a working one as I want to get my money's worth. I adore your radios. This unit is my fourth purchase, and all the others have been fantastic investments. If a straight trade is not possible, I am willing to pay a service fee to have it fixed, as I need it in my collection. While receiving a defective unit for Christmas is disappointing, I do not have a receipt. I'm confident that with my credit card number, name, address, and FedEx details, either you or Amazon should be able to locate my information. I hope this provides enough information for assistance.

We recently installed the PSBV200BT soundbar, and initially, it worked without issues. However, we encountered a problem when switching between Bluetooth for TV and FM inputs. Initially, both inputs functioned correctly, but transitioning from FM back to Bluetooth for TV resulted in the soundbar not being recognized by our Samsung TV. To reconnect, we had to power off everything, unplug, and repeat the setup process. This occurred three times with the same issue.
I believe this functionality is not intended, as it is inconvenient to restart the setup each time an input is switched. Is there a step we missed during setup that would allow seamless switching between Bluetooth for TV and FM inputs without redoing the entire setup process? Thank you.

I own the Pyle Amp with Receiver and Bluetooth. I have connected a Bose Surround Sound System and a Sony [redacted] disc CD Player. Additionally, I have a Google Home Device that I want to pair with my computer for streaming music. I misplaced the manual and need guidance on how to set up the Bluetooth connection with my Google Home Device. Should I connect the Bose speakers into the Amp instead of the Subwoofer? Could you please provide me with a new Instruction Manual? I was informed I need to set the Bluetooth in my Pyle Amp as a 'Slave' to the 'Master' of my Google Home Device. How can I do this? Thank you.

I recently purchased a radio that stopped working properly and decided to get a Boss radio from Amazon. I'm requesting a return label and a refund for the defective radio. I believe there should be a record of my case. Please process the return and refund without delay. I expect a hassle-free resolution. Thank you.

I am disappointed with the lack of response from a certain company. Ignoring customer issues reflects poorly on the company's reputation. I am reminded of the phrase "Buyer Beware" when dealing with such companies. I am requesting a return label and a refund promptly as I have purchased the item elsewhere. It's important for the company to resolve this matter promptly to maintain its integrity.

I recently bought a PCA-2 amplifier. When I connect an audio source to AUX, it plays through the speakers, but the on/off and volume controls do not work on the audio. If I switch to BT or FM using the mode button, those sources play along with AUX, and I can only control BT and FM volume with the remote while the AUX plays continuously at max.
Is the amplifier possibly defective? Also, the manual lacks details about the remote control functions. There are no visuals or explanations for the buttons, like the "EQ" button. How does it function?
Lastly, your website's "contact" feature only shows a map and an address. I had to visit another site to find the proper way to reach out to you.

I recently bought a PCA-2 amplifier. When I connect an audio source to the AUX, it plays through the speakers, but the on/off and volume controls do not work. If I switch to BT or FM, those sources play alongside AUX. The remote handles BT and FM volume but cannot control the AUX volume and stays on max.
Is the amplifier faulty?
The manual lacks details about the remote's functions. For instance, what does the "EQ" button do?
Moreover, your "contact" button on the website only shows a map and an address. I had to visit another site to find out how to reach you.

I recently bought a Pyle Mixer for livestreaming dance classes, using it with a wireless mic and my iPhone for music. However, I'm experiencing issues with the inputs/outputs being finicky. I have to adjust the 1/4" jack halfway to get a clear signal, otherwise, the sound is distorted. Even though the mono input works fine, the mic inputs are giving me inconsistent sound. After spending hours trying to make it work, it's still acting up. Can anyone explain why this is happening and offer some assistance?

I purchased a set of your Pyle Pair of Wall Mount Waterproof & Bluetooth 6.5'' Indoor/Outdoor Speaker System in Black (PDWR62BTBK) from Amazon. They were functioning well until we experienced rain in Florida. Now, neither of my three computers nor my phone can detect them via Bluetooth. I have attempted to power cycle and reconnect them without success. The purchase was made on March 24, [redacted]. Can you provide information on the warranty and the replacement process?

I recently installed the Pyle PLRMR27BTB Bluetooth Marine Receiver in my boat to be able to connect my phone wirelessly. Pairing was easy, but I noticed that the speakers are very loud on FM mode, while Bluetooth at full volume (43) is weak. My boat's speakers are original, and I plan to purchase new Pyle speakers. I am considering returning the receiver unless I can be assured that the new speakers will provide the same volume as on FM. Thank you, Fred H.

I recently purchased the pyle marine amp PLMRA400 for my plmkrt38w system. Initially, I encountered issues where nothing would power up after installation, but after realizing I had incorrectly wired the +12 yellow wire, I corrected the mistake and both the radio and amp by Pyle now work perfectly. I am currently facing some trouble getting the head unit to power up, which I believe to be due to my error. Once I resolve this bass issue, everything should be working smoothly. I must say, the support provided by Pyle tech team has been exceptional.

I own a Pyle PLBT73G and it was functioning properly until the GPS stopped working. Despite purchasing a new antenna, the issue persists. On the device's touch screen, I can see various icons such as Show Map, Destination, Route options, and More, but touching them does not trigger any response. When selecting GPS on the home page, it does not respond like the other options. However, manually touching NAV on the head unit turns it on, but I still cannot view maps. I have attempted to reset the system with no success. The device is equipped with a GPS card that I have reinstalled correctly after removing it. I am seeking advice on resolving this problem. Thank you, Mario.

I'm looking for guidance on selecting the proper line matching transformer to meet the requirements specified in the owner's manual for the PMSA126BU Wireless BT Public Address Amplifier. The manual states that when using 70V or 100V constant line voltages, a line matching transformer must be used with each speaker, with all transformers connected in parallel and not in series. There are numerous options available, and I'd appreciate some help in identifying the correct transformer for this setup.
