I made a purchase of shoes from Puma via eBay and forgot to apply a discount code. Following advice from customer service, I re-ordered with the discount, but now both charges are pending on my credit card statement. Puma claims they cannot cancel my initial order due to quick processing, but the charges remain pending, indicating they have not shipped. I prefer not to receive the full-priced shoes and only want the discounted pair. If Puma does not halt processing, I may end up with extra shoes and incur return shipping costs. My preference is to receive and pay for the $63 shoes only.

Hello, I recently purchased a pair of Puma shoes from Deichman at a reasonable price. While initially satisfied with the purchase after wearing them a few times, I encountered a concerning issue today. Upon removing the shoes, I discovered black stains on the soles of my feet. Despite my efforts to remove them with various methods, the stains remain persistent. I am worried about the potential harm, as these dark marks could introduce chemicals into my skin and bloodstream. The stains resemble permanent black patches, making me quite distressed. Despite my attempts to clean and treat the area, the marks persist. I am disappointed by this experience and concerned about the quality of the materials used in the shoes. I kindly request that the company address this issue as a goodwill gesture, as my skin has been negatively affected. Failure to rectify this situation may lead to further action.

I need some help understanding a recent purchase I made. I bought a Puma BMW sport t-shirt that was priced at [redacted]. I also purchased four more items and received a 60% discount. However, when I got home and reviewed my bill, I noticed that they charged me [redacted] for the BMW t-shirt, and after the discount, it only came down to [redacted]. The price tag on the t-shirt was removed, and they had added a [redacted] price tag that didn't belong to it. This seems like a scam to me, and it's not just about the money, it's about feeling deceived as a customer.

I recently purchased 2 jackets and a pair of shoes from Puma for my son's birthday. Unfortunately, my order was not delivered as FedEx mistakenly dropped it off at the wrong address. Even though FedEx provided a photo showing where they left the package, it was not at my house. Puma is refusing to issue a refund citing a previous refund for a similar issue with FedEx last year. I feel this is extremely unfair as a customer to lose out on my money due to FedEx's repeated delivery errors. I am seeking assistance to resolve this situation promptly. Thank you.
