I have been trying all weekend to confirm if my Mary Kay consultant account is verified. I was given ticket number [redacted] by your company. The site mentioned the account creation was successful, but I am still unable to log in. A representative informed me that due to backlogs, verification could take up to 7 days. My manager also contacted you without receiving any useful information, as you required to speak with me directly. I have already emailed the necessary proof. Can someone assist me with this issue, please?

I am a Mary Kay consultant who is new to the business. When I initially placed the order, I mistakenly thought Mary Kay would deliver the products directly to my customer's home. However, I realized that the transaction was completed when she paid me in cash. I inadvertently placed the order online and processed it using my credit card. Pro Pay has deducted the amount from my account. I would like to know how I can either receive a refund for the order placed online unnecessarily or exchange the products to replenish the inventory that I sold to my customer for cash.
