I have purchased various items from your shop and have been mostly satisfied. However, there have been a few issues with my recent order. I bought authorized ribbons and a 12-ribbon holder, but the holder I received spaces the ribbons, while the picture on your website shows them touching. I would prefer a rack where all ribbons touch. Also, the Presidential Unit Citation and Meritorious Unit Citation I ordered are meant to be worn on the left side with the other ribbons, but I received ones for the right side, which are too large for the left side rack. I am a loyal customer and would appreciate your assistance in resolving these matters. Thank you.
