Yesterday, I opened a box of Hot & Spicy Pringles purchased in Berlin, Germany. While eating, I found a crisp with a black, bumpy, and unappetizing piece firmly embedded in its center. I'm grateful I noticed it before consuming it or handing it to my daughter to prevent a potential choking hazard. This incident has left me feeling extremely disgusted and upset. I have photos of the affected crisp saved if needed. This quality issue needs to be addressed promptly. I trust I am the only customer who has encountered this and hope for a resolution. I'm willing to cooperate to understand what led to this and improve your product. Unfortunately, I can't upload pictures here, but I am retaining them along with the crisp and box for your reference. Hello! I have an interesting idea to share. Have you ever thought about ways to improve the design of a Pringles tube? I'm fascinated by how chapsticks and silicone tubes have mechanisms to push the product up for easier access. I find myself hesitating to reach into the bottom of a Pringles tube due to the risk of getting stuck or making a mess. I envision a small rubber ring encircling the bottom cylinder of the tube to create a pushable platform. As the chips diminish, this ring could lift them up, ensuring easy access and avoiding crumbles everywhere. Just a fun suggestion for enhancing the product experience.

Good Afternoon,
I recently purchased sour cream and onion and sour cream cheddar Pringles after not having them for over a year. Unfortunately, I noticed that the taste and texture seem off. Even after buying them from different stores, the issue persisted. When my daughter tried them, she mentioned they tasted stale, even though they were fresh. I usually purchase them from Harris Teeter or Giant in South Riding, VA. I had others taste them, and they had similar feedback. I hope the original recipe can be restored soon so I can enjoy them once more.

Hello, I purchased your product from Trivandrum Sreekaryam QRS Nilagiri. The staff at the shop mentioned a lucky coupon promotion, so I filled out a coupon and placed it in the collection box as instructed. However, when I returned to the shop, the gift cycle that was supposed to be displayed was missing, and my filled coupon was found tucked away. I approached the store manager regarding this issue, expressing my frustration about the situation. I believe it is misleading to customers.
