I experienced a disappointing encounter with a staff member of your store. During my attempt to return a sealed bottle of Marnite Yeast Extract, I was informed about a newly established no return policy. This policy had not been communicated to me at the time of purchase. Despite assuring the employee that the bottle was sanitized, she insinuated that I might have taken it to a senior home before returning it, presuming this due to my age. This assumption was distressing and uncalled for. In response, I expressed my frustration and stated that I would dispose of the item myself. As a long-standing customer since [redacted], I was taken aback by this treatment. While I understand the need for restrictions on returning perishable items like vegetables and fruits, a sealed bottle should not fall under the same category. Given the circumstances, I am requesting a full refund for the two bottles, totaling approximately $8.00.

I went to the store at around 12:20 PM to collect the personalized balloons for my 2-year-old's birthday party, which I had brought the day before to be inflated. When leaving the store, I tripped over an associate's hose who was watering plants, causing me to fall and lose my balloons. Despite the associate witnessing the incident, they did not offer any assistance or apology. With the party approaching in just half an hour, I attempted to get a refund at customer service but had to leave the line due to time constraints. The lack of acknowledgment from the associate and the delay in receiving a refund added to the stress of the situation.

I visited your store on Greenwood Avenue in Binghamton recently having recently moved to the area and being the closest store. I was disappointed that I couldn't avail of the sale prices without a store card. Despite trying my friend's phone number, it didn't work, and even asking the cashier for assistance was unhelpful. I was directed to get a store card online, but this was not feasible immediately. I faced communication challenges as I cannot speak, and the back and forth via text at the register only fueled my frustration after several failed attempts. I have decided not to shop at your stores again and will advise others against using your services. The experience was especially frustrating as there was only one cashier handling a line of customers. It's disheartening to encounter such barriers when trying to support your business. I will acknowledge that the manager noticed my distress and offered to provide the discount, but by then, my dissatisfaction was too great.

On 4/4/[redacted], I bought two gift cards at Amsterdam NY Price Chopper - a $[redacted].00 Fanatics card ending in [redacted] and a $50.00 Amazon card ending in [redacted]. I used my credit card and my Member ID# is [redacted]. I gave them to my brother, but he didn't receive them. I'm hoping you can help by refunding $[redacted].00 or replacing the lost gift cards. Fanatics and Amazon weren't able to assist since the cards weren't purchased directly from them. Your guidance would be appreciated.

I believe Price Chopper's practices are unfair towards singles and seniors. The promotions often focus on bulk purchases like the family pack, making it challenging for individuals to purchase smaller quantities at a similar price. It would be more equitable if they extended the same pricing to multiple smaller packages. Additionally, offering options like a 1/2 rack of ribs would cater to customers with limited storage space. A lack of senior discounts and limited brand choices, mostly PICS brand, further complicates savings for those on a fixed income. For a better shopping experience catering to diverse needs, Price Chopper could consider more inclusive pricing strategies and product offerings.

I have a $[redacted] gift card from Price Chopper that I can't use for online shopping. I'm frustrated with this limitation since I'm homebound. Price Chopper informed me that the gift card can only be used in-store, which seems unreasonable. I'm eager to find a resolution for this issue promptly.

I need assistance reaching the human resources department because I resigned from my position as a pharmacy technician due to harassment and bullying by one of the pharmacists. Despite multiple complaints about his conduct, no actions have been taken against him. I was wrongly labeled as a no-show after leaving following a confrontation, leading to my supposed termination. I believe this treatment is unjust. Please advise me on the appropriate steps to take. Thank you, Wendy Morey
