I recently received a damaged Precious Moments order #B-[redacted]06 "Blooming w/Friendship 40 years." When I picked up the box, I could hear a clicking sound and found that the wooden umbrella handle had broken. Customer Service promised a replacement in two days, along with a letter to print and a UPS shipping voucher - but a week later, I have not received anything. I'm disappointed with this experience as a long-time collector of Precious Moments figurines. I simply want a refund now as this situation was not handled properly.
