I made an order for two hoverboards on Thanksgiving. After being reassured that they were awaiting shipping, I received a call two weeks later from a manager stating they were no longer in stock. Frustrated by the lack of communication, I expressed my disappointment, only to be met with rudeness and indifference. When I tried to escalate the issue, I was denied further assistance and abruptly hung up on. Feeling ignored and disrespected, I am now left without the items I purchased and with my kids' Christmas gifts in limbo. I am at a loss and in need of immediate resolution before considering legal action.

I recently purchased a Hawk [redacted] from your website. The bike is great, but there are a few issues that need addressing. One major problem is a deep dent on the right side of the fuel tank that exposes the metal underneath the paint. I have pictures from the day it arrived that I can share with you. Additionally, the tail light is burnt out, likely due to transportation. I am requesting a new fuel tank from the manufacturer as driving with a damaged tank is unsafe. I also need a new tail light bulb or the part number to replace it. I appreciate any assistance in resolving these issues. Thank you.

I recently purchased 2 ATVs from your site but received them in the wrong color. The website is misleading as it shows multiple color options to choose from, but when you select a different color at the bottom, the ATV you originally chose doesn't change. This discrepancy is confusing as the picture shows one color while the description states another. I tried contacting the corporate office, but the phone number doesn't work, and there's no supervisor available to help resolve the issue. The only solution provided is to ship the items back at my expense, which is disappointing. I believe I deserve a full refund or to receive the ATVs I originally selected. Hello, my name is Justin Adam Holloway, and I recently purchased a ninja [redacted] motorcycle. I have been operating the vehicle without any issues for the couple of weeks I've owned it. However, last night, without any prior symptoms, my bike failed to crank. When I attempted to start it, the bike would only slightly turn over as if the battery was dead or low. I checked the battery voltage with a tester and the battery gauge on the bike, and everything seemed fine. After several attempts to crank it, the solenoid started clicking without the motor turning over. At this point, all the bike does is click at the solenoid. I am not sure what the issue could be, as I am not a mechanic and lack experience in examining it. I have already sent an email regarding this matter and attached a video showing the clicking sound.
