As a federal retiree, I am seeking reimbursement from Canada Life for a request I made on October 24 for new glasses. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive any updates on the status of my claim. I believe that someone from the parent company, Power Corporation, should intervene to address the lack of service provided by Canada Life. I am relying on this reimbursement to assist in paying my Visa bill. It is frustrating to wait for hours on hold only to be told to continue waiting for a resolution. In addition, my emails have gone unanswered, which is disappointing. I expect that a company I pay for services would fulfill their responsibilities promptly. I hope this matter can be resolved promptly. Thank you, Michel Claude.
