Post University Customer Service Issues

I want to raise my concerns regarding the mishandling of my application process by the application advisor, Trevor Kincaid. He did not inform me about the necessary forms for Post University to obtain my GED from DOE in Albany. Even though I followed all his instructions, now I am being informed that my financial aid is incomplete, contradicting what he had previously assured me. Additionally, my financial aid advisor was changed without prior notice, and the new advisor did not properly introduce themselves in a mass text. I also received what I felt was an indirect threat from someone in the financial aid department. Despite submitting all required forms promptly, there seems to be an issue with my FAFSA application. I have encountered difficulties with accessing and signing the required documents due to technical issues on the verification center website. Moreover, I have noticed a discrepancy in my student portal where a box has been removed. This entire experience has left me feeling unsupported and targeted, especially after advocating for myself. The lack of professionalism in handling my case is concerning, and I believe these issues stem from the initial mishandling by Trevor Kincaid. It is disheartening to feel that my educational pursuits are being toyed with in such a manner after a 20-year hiatus.
