I opened a new 6-pack box of Pop Secret Movie Theater popcorn last night. I noticed that they looked very greasy and wet inside the plastic packaging. There is even liquid build-up inside the plastic packaging. This is not how these packages of popcorn should look or feel like. I had to wipe down the package with paper towels before I put it in the microwave, and my hands were full of grease/butter. I have pictures, but I need an email address to send them to. The box was already damaged, so I couldn't return it to the store. I do not want to use the rest of the box due to the hassle of greasy hands. Can you provide some sort of refund? If you send me a prepaid shipping label, I will mail them to you. Thank you, Sheila M.

I recently bought a box of 12 bags (10 plus 2 extra bags) of Pop Secret Extra Butter microwave popcorn. Unfortunately, upon opening, I found that some of the bags were torn at the seams with the butter leaking out, contaminating the other packages inside. The expiration date is May 18, [redacted], with the code VB0518 OB D 05:04 3 on the box. The outer cardboard box was intact, ruling out mishandling by the store. I have photos for reference and hope to discuss this matter with customer service. This experience has not only resulted in a waste of money but also raised concerns about purchasing this brand in the future.

I recently purchased a 12-pack of extra butter popcorn and found multiple bags with holes below the plastic, leading to burnt popcorn. The package is labeled with UPS symbol 0 23[redacted]4 7 and the expiration date is SEP21 [redacted] UB0918XBTR OA N 21.17.2. I am highly disappointed and concerned about this quality issue. I have pictures of the damaged bags and burnt popcorn. I absolutely adore the Popsecret Kettlecorn popcorn. My family enjoys it so much that we regularly purchase multiple boxes at once. Lately, I've noticed that although the price remains the same, the individual bags inside the box have become noticeably smaller. This change feels deceptive and has left me feeling disappointed. I believe that as loyal customers, we deserve transparency regarding any modifications to the product. Until this issue is rectified, I'm choosing not to buy this popcorn. I will also be sharing my concerns with others to ensure this matter is addressed appropriately. I hope that Popsecret will take steps to address this issue in a way that satisfies all of its loyal customers, myself included. Thank you for listening to my feedback.

I recently purchased another box of Home Style Pop Secret Popcorn 18 Count Pantry Pack, and unfortunately, I encountered the same issue of butter leaking from improperly sealed packages. I have been a loyal customer of this product since it first hit the market, enjoying it regularly. I can provide pictures of the box with the butter mess, as well as the lot number for your reference. I would greatly appreciate any coupons to replace the affected boxes. I purchased a box of Pop Secret Microwave Movie Theater Butter Popcorn from Walmart. Each of the 12-3.2 oz bags in the box had a yellow-orange residue on the outside. When I popped the popcorn, it created a mess in the microwave and did not pop properly. The UPC number is 0 [redacted] 7, with a Best By date of June 27, [redacted]. The entire box was a disappointment. Upon buying a new box, I noticed that the bags were no longer white but brown or tan. Some bags were fine, but not all. I have bought your microwaveable kettle corn multiple times from our nearby supermarket. Unfortunately, every time I make it, the kettle corn ends up being either burnt or undercooked. I have even tried using a different microwave, but the issue persists, leading me to believe it's the product itself. Despite thinking it might be a one-off, I have been consistently disappointed with the quality. I believe I have had to discard several boxes due to this issue and am quite dissatisfied. I would like to request a refund for three boxes, priced at $3.59 each.

I wanted to give a shoutout for the new caramel popcorn – it's amazing! However, I've noticed that when I pop it until all or most of the kernels have popped, the caramel ends up burning. On the other hand, if I stop popping when it slows down to avoid burning the caramel, I have a lot of kernels left unpopped in the bag. The first few boxes I had didn't seem to have this issue, but the last two boxes were noticeable. Any tips on how to avoid this or could it be that I got a bad batch?

I recently bought a 21 oz box of Pop Secret Homestyle Popcorn in butter flavor, which came with 12 packages of 1.75 oz bags. I usually love this popcorn, but this time I was disappointed. I had some friends over for movie night and bought this popcorn from Walmart. Unfortunately, there was very little butter flavor, and I felt embarrassed. While my friends didn't say anything, I couldn't help but wonder what they thought of it. I'm not sure if I will buy this again in the future. Thank you, Renee Mazan.

I bought 2 boxes of Pop-Secret Movie Theater Butter popcorn for my daughter's birthday party sleepover. I've always been a fan of your popcorn, but the last boxes I got tasted different. Last week, while making popcorn, my microwave caught on fire. I had to buy another microwave, and when I popped another bag, it burned in the new microwave. This is the second time this has happened, and I believe it's a fault with your product. I had to discard a perfectly good microwave and settle for a cheaper one due to this issue. Although I love your product, I'm upset about this situation. I have saved the burned batch in case you want to inspect it. I carefully followed the cooking directions and set a timer, but when I checked on the popcorn in the microwave, I found it flat and discovered a small fire. Even after putting out the fire, my original microwave was damaged. Due to financial constraints, I had to purchase a smaller, cheaper microwave. Last night, I experienced a similar issue with a bag of Pop Secret in the new microwave, which started smoking before the specified time. I have kept the original packaging and popcorn if needed for inspection. I am concerned about the safety of both microwaves and the cost implications of the incident. I recently purchased a 12-pack of homestyle buttered Pop Secret popcorn labeled with a best if used by date of June 26th, [redacted]. The bags in the box were unexpectedly greasy when I opened them, with one even developing scorch marks in the microwave due to excess grease. Hello, I have been a loyal consumer of Pop Secret products for many years. Recently, I purchased a 6-bag box of Pop Secret "Extra Butter" popcorn. Upon popping the second bag from this box (UPC code: 0 23[redacted]0 3), I noticed that there was an unusual amount of unpopped kernels. The first bag had several unpopped kernels, but it wasn't until the second bag, where I counted [redacted] unpopped kernels, that I became concerned. Even though it may seem like a small issue, I wanted to bring it to your attention in case there might be a problem with this specific batch of popcorn kernels. I recently purchased Pop-Secret snack-sized popcorn. Normally, following the instructions works fine, but on the 11th or 12th bag, the product almost caught fire. The inside of the bag burned, filling the entire house with a bad smell. When taking the bag out of the microwave, it felt like it was burning so I quickly put it in the sink and ran water on it. I'm concerned that if I had opened it, it could have burst into flames.

I bought Pop Secret in the past and decided to purchase a large carton recently containing several boxes. I am disappointed with the popcorn as every mouthful is full of hard hulls, which were not a problem with previous purchases. The popcorn does not pop fully, and I am unsatisfied with the quality. I would appreciate credit for this particular batch and hope to receive the same good popcorn I enjoyed before. Popcorn helps me control my weight, so it is essential for me. I am disappointed by the recent purchase and need assistance in resolving this issue.
