My husband paid for the summer box on April 1st, and we have not received it yet. My email is [redacted], and the purchase email is [redacted] I understand there may be payment delays, but the box was expected in May. Please send the box promptly or issue a refund. I prefer to resolve this without involving my bank, but I will if necessary. Your customer service is hard to reach, so I urge a quick response to this matter.

Hello, I'm a member of Popsugar Dabble, and I've been having trouble reaching them via email as their system keeps crashing. I'm confused as to why everyone in the group has received emails about Macy's colognes except for me. I've only received one item since joining, and I'd like to participate more actively. I want to receive the Macy's sample perfumes like the others. Many of us are experiencing email issues, and I'd like to troubleshoot by switching emails with another member. I recently purchased a PopSugar Summer Box and realized my old address was still listed on the account. I paid $60.00 for the box and will not receive it if the shipping address is not updated. The correct address is as follows: Jenny Oliver [redacted] Village Spring Ln. Reinholds, PA [redacted] I am unable to locate a customer service number to contact them, and I cannot find a way to change the shipping address on an existing order. It is essential to update the address as I have moved far away and cannot retrieve the package if it is shipped to the old address. Your assistance in resolving this is greatly appreciated.

It has been over two weeks now, and I have been trying to get help with my PopSugar Dabble account. There is a message to verify my email, but the link has never worked since it appeared on my account. I can log in, but I have no activity, and my email products are on hold for delivery. I cannot receive any products because the email link does not have my correct email. I need it removed immediately. I have reached out multiple times for help, but I am still stuck with this issue. My account is frozen, and I have been dealing with this for almost three weeks now. This is ridiculous. Please remove the link associated with [redacted] today.

I've been experiencing difficulties with my Popsugar Dabble account. I am unable to log in even though I have updated everything. I am supposed to receive Macy's products, but when I log in, I see the same orders marked as out of stock. Unfortunately, I haven't received any of my products. Last year, there was an issue with the wrong email associated with my account, but after correcting it, I am still facing problems.
