Plexus Customer Service Issues

I am writing to address an issue I encountered with my recent order. My name is Deborah Murray, and my order number is [redacted]67. I typically receive my Plexus Triplex Micro Combo by the 3rd or 4th of each month. This month, however, I noticed a payment of $[redacted].44 was deducted from my bank account on 4/29/19 but as of today, 5/11/19, I have yet to receive my products. I was informed that the items were still in stock on 5/8/19 but should have been shipped. Unfortunately, I was not notified of this delay via email or any other means. As these products are crucial for my well-being, the delay has caused me distress. I had to spend additional money on alternatives that have not been as effective. I value the products but am disappointed by the lack of communication regarding the delay. Any assistance and compensation would be greatly appreciated. I am experiencing difficulties sending emails to the Plexus staff in Malaysia. The error message I receive after attempting to send the email is as follows: "A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error.
