Hi there! I'm Omar, a seventh-grade student. I encountered an issue while using Pixlr. Initially, I was working with the default square format, but then realized I needed to switch to working with a rectangle format, specifically with the long side vertical. It would be very time-consuming to redo all my work, and I'm afraid I might not be able to recreate everything exactly as it was. I'm looking for a way to easily transfer everything to a rectangle format, or if possible, modify the original square format. This is urgent for a school project, so a prompt response would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your assistance!

I am frustrated by the continuous charges for the customer service chat. I have requested the cancellation of my account multiple times and yet the charges persist. I do not understand why I am being billed for a service I no longer use. Please cancel my account immediately and cease any further charges for this application. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.
