To whom it may concern, I am writing regarding my recent experience at a Steelers game with my family. We were seated in section [redacted], but unfortunately, we couldn't all sit together. My wife and daughter were in row F, and my other daughter and I were in row K. Despite the seating issue, we initially enjoyed the game until a heavily intoxicated man in row G vomited on himself, his seat, and the ground in the first quarter, creating a strong smell. His intoxicated girlfriend was also being disruptive with profanity. We reported the incident to an usher multiple times, but nothing was done to address the situation. The combination of the smell and behavior led us to leave at halftime, making this the worst sporting experience I've ever had. The environment was not suitable for my 12-year-old daughter, and it has made me hesitant to attend another game in the future. Thank you.

I am concerned about the team leadership's lack of awareness regarding certain players who seem to be unfocused on the team's goal of winning games. As a lifelong fan, I find it troubling that players like Bell and Brown are not aligning with the team's objectives. The food selection at the clubhouse is disappointing. It mainly consists of greasy fast food, and the long lines make it very frustrating. The limited number of fryers compared to the high demand is ridiculous. For the amount of money we spend on club seats, the food options are awful. The quality of sandwiches with good meat choices in rear sections has declined. Many people around us are also unhappy with this situation. We hope the organization can improve the food offerings on game days.

As enthusiastic fans of the Pittsburgh Steelers and Penguins, we are hoping for a special visit from some of the players for our son who has been bravely battling through a challenging recovery in a Norfolk, VA hospital. Since Coach Mike Tomlin hails from this area, it would mean the world to us if there could be a surprise visit arranged, possibly including Big Ben since he is out due to injury. Our son's journey following a tragic incident involving a road rage shooting has been arduous, with multiple surgeries, complications, and setbacks. Despite the odds, he has shown incredible resilience, surpassing medical expectations at every turn. Witnessing our son's strength in the face of such adversity has been both heartbreaking and inspiring. We believe a visit from his sports heroes could reignite his fighting spirit and provide him with a much-needed boost during this difficult time.
