Yesterday, while out of town, I experienced two loud pops followed by a quick drop in pressure to 0 psi on my car's tire pressure gauge. I did not encounter any potholes or road issues prior to this happening. After being towed to the dealership, I had to pay $[redacted] to address the blowout. My car is only a year and 7 months old, and I believe the tire blowout was unexpected and not a result of any road damage. I am concerned about the quality of the tires and would like a refund as I believe they may be defective. I have taken photos of the tire tread and the blown tire. Thank you.

I bought a [redacted] MB CL250 in May [redacted]. The first driver's side tire blew out while having good tread. I replaced it. Within 2 weeks, the passenger side blew out in the same spot on the inner wall between the run-flat thick part and the actual corner. I'm experienced with over 40 years of driving and have never had a blowout before. I need to know if the Pirelli all-season Cinturato [redacted]/45 R17 91H had a recall. The tire shop checked the other 3 tires with good tread and suggested rotation in a couple of months. I want to know if Pirelli stands behind its product or if I need to contact the consumer protection agency. As one tire already blew out, and I have two more, living in a rural area where my family drives, I need a local tire store to inspect. If it's a recall issue, I request replacement or coverage for replacing defective tires. Having two blowouts in the same spot within 2 weeks is concerning and not normal.

Lourdes G. (driver) bought tires on April 16, [redacted], paying $[redacted].56. The rebate was issued to Carlos G. (owner). Despite Lourdes calling ([redacted]) over 5 times to inquire about the rebate, being informed it was sent, the card was never received. On November 7, Lourdes asked Teresa G. (daughter) to call. Teresa called on November 26 at 9:20 am Central time to request the card sent to the same address. The manager refused, stating the bank/credit card company shouldn't incur losses. She declined to provide her name and ended the call. We aim for the $70 rebate card to be sent. Our last resort is to report this to the BBB.

I want to share my recent disappointing experience with my Pirelli P Zero tires on my Ford Mustang at Discount Tire store located at [redacted] Arapaho Rd, Dallas, TX [redacted], which I purchased two months ago. On 12/05/[redacted], I visited the store to have the front and rear left Pirelli P Zero tires checked due to a bump. Despite guidance from Pirelli customer service to file a warranty claim, the representative named Michael at the store was uncooperative and stated it would cost them money. After multiple phone calls between Pirelli and the store, the process was still not straightforward, with conflicting information about discounts and tire replacements. The lack of clarity and inconsistency in customer service make it unclear who is at fault, but the overall experience was frustrating and lacking in professionalism. It is disheartening as a customer to encounter such difficulties and discrepancies in handling a simple warranty claim.

I tried calling the toll-free number provided, but unfortunately, it did not work as expected. After going through multiple prompts to speak with a representative, the call kept disconnecting. I recently bought 4 new Pirelli P Zero Nero All Season P275/40ZR20 tires for my Dodge Challenger Scat Pack. Strangely, two of the tires are out of round, and shockingly, they were manufactured during the same week and year. It appears that as a consumer, there are numerous hoops to jump through to get these tires warranted, including having to cover the cost of a road force balance. While Pirelli may cover defects in material and workmanship, it's challenging for consumers to detect non-obvious issues until the tires are mounted. I initially paid for installation and now have to incur additional expenses to address the out-of-round problem on two brand-new tires. I would appreciate some assistance on this matter.

Hello, I am interested in buying four tires from Walmart, they carry your brand which I really like. I am looking for the [redacted]/45r22 Perelli Scorpion tires for my [redacted] Ford Expedition Bauer edition. The tires on my car are still in great condition but are showing signs of dry rot in the treads after only [redacted] miles of use. Since I don't drive much due to being handicapped, I want to ensure I purchase authentic tires from an authorized dealer to avail of the warranty. Can I buy directly from you instead of going through Walmart? The price is over $[redacted], so I want to be certain. Thank you, Alan R.

I leased a new [redacted] BMW X1 from BMW, which is ending in Oct [redacted]. I have maintained the vehicle well, driving 23,[redacted] miles, with Pirelli Run Flat Cinturato P7 all season tires. The dealer recently informed me that the front tires have 2/32" tread depth and the rear have 3/32". Pirelli's website indicates these tires have a mileage coverage of 70,[redacted] miles. I am seeking Pirelli to cover at least 2/3 of the total tire cost, including mounting, balancing, taxes, and fees.
Due to the safety risks associated with the current tire conditions, I urge Pirelli to respond by Friday, 26-Apr-[redacted]. If not, I will need to inform my leasing managers of our decision not to accept Pirelli tires on any future vehicles.
Thank you,
Joseph B.

I leased a new [redacted] Porsche Macan with your tires, the Scorpion Verde in sizes [redacted]/60 R18 for the front and [redacted] for the back. After driving 15,[redacted] miles, I noticed the front tires have become extremely noisy. Porsche acknowledged that other Macan owners have had similar complaints and suggested contacting you as they believe you are responsible. Porsche checked the tires with their testing device and confirmed they are wearing evenly and still have 50% tread life. The noise is a consistent and strong humming coming from the front tires. I kindly request assistance with replacing the front tires. Three Porsche dealers have acknowledged receiving complaints about this issue. Please advise as I find it difficult to drive with such a loud noise.
Thank you,
J. Hanlon

Hello,
I am Vikas Kumar from Delhi, India. I purchased a Pirelli Angel GT tire sized [redacted]/60 ZR17 (69W) in February [redacted] from Master Tyre Shop in Delhi. After 4 or 5 months, I noticed many micro punctures in the middle of the tire without any external damage. I addressed my concern with the shopkeeper, who suggested using slime (anti-puncture liquid), but the issue persisted. When I revisited, the shopkeeper mentioned the guarantee was over a year, disregarding my earlier complaint from November [redacted], which was about 6 or 7 months post-purchase. I have reached out to a senior Pirelli representative in Delhi, and as of today, after 6 days, my issue remains unresolved. I seek advice on how to proceed.
