I have been in touch with Pioneer for three months regarding a defective Blu Ray player purchased from them. Despite agreeing that the item was faulty, I have not received the necessary information to return it for a refund. Even though I have the return procedure, I have not heard back after emailing Mr. Mark Passmore, whose contact I obtained during a recorded phone call with Pioneer customer returns. It has been challenging dealing with this situation, especially since I have been a loyal Pioneer customer since [redacted]. I am hoping for a resolution soon.

I bought a Pioneer DVD Player on Amazon in November. Unfortunately, it was defective, and I tried to return it after the policy expired on the 22nd of November. Amazon directed me to an Authorized Pioneer Service Center named MANTRA Video in Chennai at [redacted], Royapettah High Road, 7 Luz Ginza Complex, Mylapore, Chennai-[redacted]. When I took the DVD player there with the Invoice and Warranty card, they claimed they don't service any Pioneer products bought on Amazon and criticized Amazon. They even refused to look at the product. The Service Center's phone number is [redacted]25. Now, I'm unsure what to do with the DVD player that I purchased just a few days ago on Amazon.

I recently purchased a [redacted] Ford Sport Trac which included an Avic X850bt system from Palmetto Luxury Cars. Unfortunately, after my system rebooted following a battery cleaning, I was locked out due to forgetting the password. I have tried using a Mine SD card to recover the password but to no avail. I am willing to send the unit to you for a reset and issuance of a new password and registration. I can provide any necessary identification and details about the previous owner, Robert Michael Boyce. I am eager to resolve this as the system includes a 500W amp. Contact me at [redacted] or via email to discuss the next steps and process. Thank you, George E.C. Parker.

I am experiencing an issue with my VSX-LX301 receiver's OSD while using a Sony XBR-85X900F flat screen and a Logitech Harmony remote. The remote works well with all components but does not display volume information on the screen when I'm using the TV's "Apps" function, such as watching Netflix. It works fine with FIOS TV but not with apps. Any advice on how to resolve this?

Cordialement. - J. L.

I recently purchased the AVH-120BT brand new about five months ago. While listening to the radio, my subwoofer suddenly cuts out, but if I change the volume setting to high, it turns back on. I find this issue incredibly annoying. All components, including the radio, amplifier, sub, and wiring harness, are new from Best Buy. I attempted to restore the radio using the function provided, but the problem persists. None of the settings are configured to high or peak, yet this disruption continues to occur. It's disappointing because the radio is visually appealing. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter.

For the past three months, my Pioneer X-HM201 receiver has been automatically turning off shortly after being turned on, with the standby red light blinking. Even after checking speaker connections - where I found and corrected an issue with one speaker - and disconnecting both speakers, the problem persists. I've attempted a hardware reset with no success. Any suggestions after these troubleshooting steps would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

I have a portable radio where the detachable face keeps losing power intermittently. This issue has been persisting, and I reached out to CrutchField, where I purchased it. They suggested sending back the whole unit for repair, which would leave me without the radio for weeks. Since I rely on it for work and cannot be without it, I asked if they could just replace the faceplate or send me a new radio while I return the faulty one. Unfortunately, they declined both options, and I haven't received any follow-up despite requesting them to check with management. I am really just looking for a replacement faceplate or a new radio to resolve this ongoing problem.

I recently purchased a pair of Pioneer speakers at an Estate sale and they were still sealed in the box. The model of the speakers is SMW [redacted]-A. However, they were missing the top right and bottom left mounting brackets, and possibly the remote control unit. All the screws were present in a bag. I believe the speakers should mount on the left and right side of the TV on the wall and not on the TV itself. Is it possible to obtain the missing brackets? It seems like there should have been two separate bags for the brackets, as everything was sealed and taped from the factory. Even though the speakers were manufactured in [redacted] and have all the original packing, I am unsure if the remote control is necessary for operating them. All the accessories were supposed to be placed at one of the styrofoam ends according to the box.
