I have encountered issues with two heated mattress pads. The first one overheated, but luckily I had it on a hot plate as a precaution. It was replaced by a second one (#[redacted]77), which had a problem staying on. The indicator light turned off as soon as I turned it on. When I contacted customer service, they mentioned that the light is supposed to go off, which confused me about how to know if it's actually on. They reassured me that it should heat up, but unfortunately, it didn't. Despite leaving multiple messages, I received no response. Planning to return it to Amazon, my son advised against it, suggesting they might overlook the issue. Therefore, I have packed it up and plan to send it back to the manufacturer in hopes of resolving this matter and staying warm this winter.
