I am unable to view an album that was shared with me. The album is still accessible, and the password is correct, but the [redacted] pictures in the album are not displaying for download. I'm uncertain why I am unable to see them, but the folder is present with [redacted] marked next to the folder name. I am not very knowledgeable about computers, but Java is enabled, and I have cleared the browsing cache and cookies. I am using Chrome Beta. Thank you.

After uploading and editing photos, the edited images do not appear linked correctly. Instead, the unedited version is always displayed, even after refreshing or waiting for hours. Despite selecting the edited image from the library, the wrong one continues to show up when posted. This issue has occasionally happened in the past but now occurs almost all the time. I've been a Photobucket user for over ten years and have a good understanding of how it functions. I need assistance in resolving this issue promptly.

Hello, I registered on Photobucket some years back but haven't logged in for a while. Today, I tried signing in using my username, email, and password but couldn't. I requested my username and reset my password via email. After receiving a response and changing my password, I still can't access my account using the provided information. I'm unable to log in despite entering the correct details. I kindly ask for assistance in resolving this issue as I've tried using the username, email address, and new password from the Photobucket email without success.

Hello, I recently received an email informing me that my plan will renew on December 14th automatically. I am interested in downgrading my current plan to one with less storage, as I do not need all the storage offered in my current plan. I currently have what was the "plus [redacted]" plan, now referred to as the "expert" plan. It appears that the beginner plan is similar but with less storage. Is that correct? If I select the beginner plan on your website and pay for it online, will my current plan be automatically canceled? Or do I need to cancel my current plan separately to avoid being charged before purchasing the beginner plan? Lastly, will changing plans cause any interruption in service? Thank you, JN Email: jnewsom_01[redacted]

I initially encountered difficulty with retrieving my login details, but managed to resolve it eventually. Upon logging in, a pop-up prompt repeatedly requested me to confirm my email address. Despite attempting to do so multiple times, the link in the email was not clickable, possibly resulting in the ongoing request. Consequently, I couldn't access more than one photo, leading me to suspect the issue stemmed from the unconfirmed email. I seek assistance in confirming my email to access my account fully and retrieve previous photos. My intention is solely to view the old pictures without uploading new content. Thank you for your help.

When I was between 12 and 14 years old, I had a Photobucket account under the name MarissaBetch. I am now 22 years old and looking to move on from my past online activity. I have forgotten both the password for the account and the associated email address. I believe the email tied to the account was [redacted] Could you please assist me in deactivating the account MarissaBetch? Thank you for your help in this matter. -Marissa Z.

Recently, I have noticed some issues with the Photobucket app. When attempting to save my videos, there are two identical buttons for this function - one at the top right and one at the bottom in the middle of the page. However, upon clicking the top right button, it saves a picture of the video instead of the video itself. If I click the button at the bottom in the middle, the app crashes. Even when trying to screen record, the saved video in my library shows a black screen with audio only. I have also attempted to use Safari to save or screen record without success, as the audio is not captured. It's disappointing as there are many old videos in the app that I would like to access.

I go by the username Dew2008 on Photobucket. Recently, I returned home after cancer surgery and some complications. I received multiple emails regarding upcoming service changes effective June 1, [redacted]. A monthly fee will be required, and without payment, access to the account will be restricted after June 1. I have been working diligently to download individual pictures and delete albums. However, I am struggling to locate a way to download 2 specific albums of smileys. Being 67 years old, I find it challenging to understand emojis. These 2 albums contain [redacted] and [redacted] smileys, respectively. My goal is to save these albums and then close my account as I transition to using a smartphone. Unfortunately, I have been unable to find clear instructions on how to download these albums into .zip files. The website's interface and instructions are not aligning for me, and I am unable to locate the download button. Any guidance on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Warm regards, Donna R.

Dear Photobucket Support Team, I would like to follow up on my previous communication from almost a month ago regarding having 3.7 Gigabytes of residual data in my account even after deleting all my content. According to your email dated June 7th sent to [redacted], you mentioned resetting the storage for me. I kindly request your assistance in resetting my account to 0 as promised so that I can re-upload my content promptly. It is crucial for my students, and also for ensuring the accuracy of my storage usage going forward. As the Fall [redacted] semester approaches, I am anxious to have my content back in place for educational purposes. I hope to receive confirmation that you have acknowledged this message and are actively working on a resolution for me, a loyal customer. Thank you, NLCartslab

I lost my old emails due to someone resetting my phone mistakenly. The notes on my phone contained all my passwords, and now I can't recall any of them. My old phone number was [redacted], and my new one is [redacted]. The old emails I used were [redacted] and [redacted], whereas my new ones are [redacted] I need help accessing my Photo Bucket account as it holds precious photos of my late mother. Snapchat is also inaccessible, and they won't assist me without a verification code. I failed to update my new number on both platforms. I appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thank you.

Hello, I found you while searching for a way to contact Photobucket. I have faced ongoing issues with them regarding my street style blog that I stopped maintaining 8 years ago. Despite not using their services actively, Photobucket is now demanding a monthly payment to remove their watermarks from my images, which is affecting the integrity of my work. I have been in touch with customer service, particularly Moss, and have not received a satisfactory resolution. I believe my situation does not warrant the fees they are imposing, as my blog is inactive, private, and not consuming bandwidth. I simply wish to preserve my past work. I find it disheartening that after being a loyal Photobucket user and even promoting their services, I am being treated in this manner. I am seeking assistance in resolving this issue promptly via phone communication, which I have been unable to secure so far. Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Jill.

I experienced an issue with Photobucket and would like to clarify. I used the platform for my blog over a decade ago but stopped using it 8 years back. Despite this, the site is still up. They are now asking for a monthly fee to upgrade my account, even though I haven't added any images for 8 years. To push me to pay, they have placed their logo over all my images, not as watermarks but covering my artwork. I've had lengthy email exchanges with 'Moss' at customer support. My request is simple: I want Photobucket to restore my images without charging me. Since my blog is no longer active and gets minimal traffic, bandwidth concerns shouldn't apply. This feels like a profit-driven move since the company was acquired by FOX. I want others to be aware of how they might also face similar extortion. I hope Photobucket will be held accountable for this practice. I'm standing my ground to protect other consumers. Despite 'Moss' ceasing to respond, I believe it's crucial for the company to remove their logos from my images without demanding a monthly fee, given my inactivity for 8 years pre-dating the FOX acquisition. Thank you.

Regarding my previous post concerning Photobucket, I have clearly stated my request to the company: to restore my images from my FREE account without the logo and without any new charges. These images were uploaded a decade ago, and I haven't utilized my account in nearly eight years. There is no reason, logistically or legally, for them to charge me for an "upgrade" when I simply want my images visible for free as long as I stay within the quota. I can confirm that I am not using any new upload bandwidth based on my account information. My message to Photobucket is straightforward: return my images in their original form without any fees for a service I ceased using years ago. A thank you from them would be appreciated, but not required. Thank you for your attention.

I noticed a charge of $4.99 on my checking account. I think I was also charged last month, and I am unsure why this has happened again when it shouldn't have. I am unable to access my other albums, so it's frustrating. I have already sent an email regarding this issue, but no action has been taken yet. This charge has left my account in the negative, and I would like a refund promptly. If this matter is not resolved, I will have to escalate it to the BBB. I find it concerning that the company is quick to withdraw funds but lacks in addressing account issues. I hope to see some action on this matter soon. Thank you.

Subject: Photobucket Image Restoration Issues I have been attempting to have my images restored with Photobucket, also reaching out to GetHuman for assistance, but the matter remains unresolved. Today, I have filed a new complaint directly with Photobucket regarding this issue. It seems many others are facing similar challenges. It appears the company is focused on profit, which is frustrating because upgrading should not be necessary for unused services. Transferring my images to another platform is not feasible, giving Photobucket an advantage. It feels like a form of coercion: either pay for upgraded service or risk losing legally copyrighted images. I emphasize that since I am not uploading new photos, I do not require an upgrade. I hereby request the immediate removal of watermarks and restoration of my previous status without restrictions. As a loyal customer and a supporter who promoted Photobucket on my blog to a vast audience, I find this situation unfair and repetitive. Legal action is not something I wish to pursue, but the ongoing issue needs to be resolved promptly for the benefit of customer relations. I hope for a reasonable assessment of my account and a swift resolution by reinstating my images to their original state. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I've been a Photobucket user for a while with no issues, but today I noticed a problem. My photo catalog displays black boxes instead of pictures now, and my pages seem to be missing. I tried to upgrade to a paid account this week, but encountered issues with entering payment details - the box wouldn't allow me to type. My account is under BlueDiamond_Photo. I'm eager to retrieve my old pictures and continue using Photobucket as needed. It's disheartening to see years of my work reduced to black boxes. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I seem to have lost around 90% of my photos on Photobucket. They are showing as moved or deleted. I tried to find a solution online, but the instructions were not clear to me as they were not detailed or step-by-step. I am wondering if this issue could be due to reaching the free version's space limit. Even though it says I have [redacted] photos out of [redacted], I believe I haven't reached half of the space limit. If I upgrade to the next level of Photobucket to get more space and allow for additional photos, do you think my missing photos would reappear?
