Returning to Sky Harbor from Kansas City, I encountered issues with the first Skycab luggage cart. It refused bills and credit cards, prompting me to seek assistance at the Information Center. Advised to try the next cart area, I eventually retrieved my bags but faced a cart that wouldn't release despite trying different payment methods. With no help in sight, I reluctantly left three bags with a bystander and hurried back to the Information Center. Despite my frustration, the response from the staff, while attempting to retrieve my funds, was unhelpful and dismissive. After a delay of around 25 minutes, including a $10 charge, it wasn't the fee that perturbed me, but the discourteous behavior of the Information attendant.
