I filled up with petrol at the JET GARAGE on LICHFIELD Street in Fazeley, Tamworth, Staffs. I then drove out but broke down after 4 miles. RAC came out and got me going, but I broke down twice more the next day. This happened on December 2, [redacted]. I had it diagnosed the next day, and the garage said it was fuel contamination. Due to lockdown, they couldn't do the repairs. I reported it to the Jet garage, who said they would contact insurers. I provided reports from the garage that fixed the car, and 3 RAC recovery call-out documents. I also have a fuel sample. I have emailed the garage owners twice but have had no replies. I'm unsure if the documents are with the insurers and do not have a reference number to check on the progress.

I am a loyal customer at Phillips 66 on 24th St and Central in Billings, Montana. Recently, I visited the store and purchased miscellaneous items, including "Fix a Flat" for my tires. Upon reading the instructions, I realized I could not use the product and immediately returned to the store, still in the parking lot. To my disappointment, I was refused a refund which has left me feeling extremely upset, especially since I have successfully returned items in the past even after leaving the store premises. I have had prior issues with store employees, including one instance where I was not allowed to purchase cigarettes for my husband's funeral trip despite stock availability. I feel disrespected after being a loyal customer for so long. I kindly request a refund for the "Fix a Flat" product. Thank you for your understanding.

I visited the Phillips 66 on Watson Road in Sunset Hills, Missouri around 5:50 p.m. on Friday, March 18th. I paid $10 with my debit card inside the store. As I was leaving, I received a call and got distracted. Around 10 minutes later while driving on the highway, I realized I forgot to pump gas. I immediately called the gas station to explain the situation and asked if I could return to pump the gas or have it credited. The associate I spoke to couldn't find any payment for pump 8 and suggested I contact the manager on Monday. While $10 isn't a significant amount, it's important to me to resolve this issue. I prefer the manager to reach me at [redacted], as I live 30 minutes away from the gas station. Honesty and integrity are essential in business, and I trust they will address this matter appropriately.
