I recently visited the park on opening day with some friends and we were impressed by the new amenities. However, we had an issue at the beer garden. We waited for over 25 minutes to be served by a bartender who seemed to be skipping us intentionally. Despite trying to get her attention, she continued to serve others around us. When we inquired politely, she rudely claimed she was going in order but didn't follow through. This experience ruined our plans to grab a quick drink and return to the game. The overall service at the beer garden was lacking professionalism and friendliness. I doubt I will be returning to the beer garden for my next game. Best, Bill

I am concerned about BLM and its impact on sports. The funding may not be benefiting the black community as intended and instead, going to political organizations. I have noticed a lot of discontent among people I know regarding BLM and its association with the Democratic party. It's disheartening to see sports being affected by these issues. The current political climate seems to be divisive, and I hope for a positive change that benefits everyone, regardless of race. It's important for sports teams to consider the views of their fans and the impact of supporting certain movements. Let's all strive for unity and understanding in these challenging times.

Hello, my name is Dan Wright. In mid-March of this year, my sister-in-law passed away from pancreatic cancer. She was Kathy, a devoted Phillies fan since childhood. She was 63 years old, and we all grew up cheering for the Phillies. We had recently moved to Florida, and before her cancer battle, we enjoyed many Phillies spring training games together. Kathy always wore her Phillies gear during her treatments, hoping it would bring her strength in her fight. Before she passed, she asked me to write to the Phillies and Mr. Middleton to thank them for being her source of hope during a difficult time. I sent a heartfelt 4 to 5-page letter to the Phillies office in late March or April, sharing Kathy's story and her love for the team. It saddens me that we haven't received a response yet, as a simple acknowledgment would mean a lot to our family as we continue to support the Phillies from afar. Kathy, also known as Cookie, was a true Phillies fan till the end. Thank you.

Good morning, I attended Game 2 at Citizens Bank Park with 5 guests on Thursday. Before the game, we received an email detailing the events and giveaways, including a World Series scarf. Unfortunately, we did not receive the scarves as promised in the email and were told they were for other games. This was disappointing, and I believe we should receive what was expected based on the information provided. To resolve this, I kindly request that 6 scarves be sent to my address to ensure our World Series experience is complete. Thank you, Margaret Littleton 66 Grove Street, Haddonfield, NJ [redacted]

I purchased Phillies game tickets for 9/10/[redacted] from a friend. Unfortunately, I faced a medical emergency with my cat, leading to my absence from the game where I planned to take my father on his 77th birthday. The same day, my cat needed urgent care, preventing us from attending the game. I contacted the Phillies at [redacted] on the 12th and was initially advised they could assist if the tickets were unused due to the unforeseen circumstance. However, upon my friend reaching out as the original ticket buyer, they were told nothing could be done since the game had passed. I'm frustrated with this conflicting information and the inability to help us given the situation. We had three tickets totaling $[redacted] and are now at a loss.
