Dear Sir/Madam, I hope this message reaches you in good health. I am contacting you regarding a recent issue with a pair of Phat Farm Men's Casual Ankle boots that I bought from one of your retail stores. I purchased these boots in January [redacted] and only wore them for the first time in October [redacted]. Unfortunately, while I was at work, the shoes fell apart as the sole detached from the shoe body, rendering them unwearable. This experience has left me disappointed as I had faith in the brand's integrity and the quality of its products.
