I reside in Egypt and possess a [redacted] Peugeot [redacted] 1.6L Turbo model. In September [redacted], my air-conditioner stopped cooling suddenly. Despite a recharge at the Cairo Peugeot service center during the 50,000km service in January [redacted], the cooling lasted only a week. An authorized service center in Alexandria diagnosed and replaced a faulty pin-valve during the 60,000km service in August [redacted], restoring the AC's function. However, during the 70,000km service in December [redacted] at the Cairo service center, issues arose after they mentioned "discolored" coolant and subsequently flushing and filling it. Upon leaving, the AC no longer functioned. Upon returning for a check, they attributed a bad "coil" and quoted a costly fee for replacement. I believe the car's young age should not warrant such AC troubles. The service center either caused the issue or exaggerated the repair costs. I request Peugeot to address and fix the AC issue at no additional charge.

Hello, I am the proud owner of a Peugeot [redacted] station wagon HDI blue with registration WU65 UAK. I adore my car! On July 28, [redacted], it encountered an issue - a broken fan belt. The car was taken to my usual garage the next day and the repair was completed on July 2, [redacted]. However, the fan belt broke again on July 11, [redacted] and was returned to the same mechanic. Perplexed by the fault, the mechanic contacted Peugeot. Following their advice, an updated auxiliary fan belt kit was installed, costing £[redacted], and I have the invoices. I would appreciate an explanation for this situation. It seems there was an update to the fan belt kit that wasn't communicated to me, and I would like to understand why. Thank you. Regards, Cheryl.

I have a Peugeot [redacted] 2.0 Diesel GT from [redacted] that consumes 400ml of engine oil per 1000km. I've been advised to replace the engine. Despite being within the 4-year or 80000km warranty period, my car has 87000km and 3 years and 9 months from the initial registration. The dealer refuses to address the issue due to the mileage exceeding 80000km. I believe the problem lies in the engine quality as all my Peugeot cars have been maintained at authorized service centers, both during and after the warranty periods, without any issues until now. Despite my loyalty as a customer with multiple Peugeot purchases, the dealer is not showing goodwill by not taking responsibility for the engine problem. They are offering a factory-repaired engine with a 40% discount, but I do not consider this issue to be my responsibility, especially since I have been topping up the oil for the past year and a half without any alerts from the service center following previous oil changes.

Dear,
I am respectfully seeking your assistance.
In August [redacted], we purchased a Peugeot [redacted], 1.5 BlueHDI, with [redacted] horsepower. The car was first registered on 24/5/[redacted] and had 30,[redacted] kilometers when bought, with a minor service done upon purchase.
After [redacted] kilometers, the car stalled and wouldn't restart. The authorized Peugeot service in Osijek, Croatia, Orteo d.o.o., investigated and identified a key turning issue, advising us to drive carefully. Subsequently, the car started to exhibit concerning issues like humming, stalling, and shutting off while driving, posing a significant safety risk.
Despite multiple inspections at Orteo d.o.o., the exact cause remains unknown. They suspected a fuel pump problem and mentioned ordering a replacement part, but uncertainty exists regarding a permanent solution.
We are at a loss and feeling unsafe in this relatively new but unreliable vehicle. Kindly assist by checking the status of our car with the chassis number VF3LBYHZPJS170099. Any guidance on how to proceed with repairs or insights into potential factory defects would be greatly appreciated.
Best regards,
Marija Maceković

Subject: Premature Failure of Lambda Detector in My Peugeot [redacted]
I would like to report a premature failure of the downstream Lambda detector in my Peugeot [redacted] TECH EDITION S/S with the registration RO68KVF. The issue occurred after only 12,[redacted] miles, despite the car being purchased on 24-2-[redacted] and first registered on 30-9-[redacted].
Following a recent service where the yellow engine warning light had illuminated a few days prior, the mechanic suggested that I reach out to address this matter. It seems highly unusual for such a vital part to fail at such a low mileage. I believe it indicates a defect or unsuitability of the part, and I respectfully request that Peugeot consider replacing it promptly.
Sincerely,
K. De Redenat

I purchased this watch on Amazon. Some reviews mentioned the need to send it back for link adjustments, and I also require three links removed for a better fit. The critical issue that numerous reviewers mentioned was the misalignment of the bezel with the numbers. Despite these warnings, I took a chance, but unfortunately, my watch suffers from the same problem. I am not seeking a refund; instead, I wish to receive a watch that is accurately aligned. Kindly provide guidance on how to address this issue.

Dear Sir or Madam,
For nearly 4 weeks, I have been attempting to reach someone at your office via telephone or email without success. Even my calls forwarded to your so-called 'Call Center' have gone unanswered. Our contact person, Ms. Matyjaszcyk, has not responded to emails or requests for a callback.
We simply want to inquire if the above-mentioned leasing contract we signed will be honored or if we should start looking for another vehicle.
Please feel free to contact me if you require further information.
Kind regards,
Thomas Alexander

While driving, our car suddenly began juddering and losing power. The "Engine fault: repair needed" message appeared, and now we can't go faster than 30mph. We're currently in Anglesey, more than [redacted] miles from home. I contacted the AA for roadside assistance, and they mentioned that the engine valves might be clogged with carbon and dirt, a common problem with the 1.2 PureTech models, possibly requiring an engine repair. Unfortunately, the car is just out of warranty by a month. It's been towed back home, and we're seeking advice on our next steps.

My Peugeot [redacted] PureTech car was taken to Pentagon Barnsley on July 18th due to a LOW OIL PRESSURE WARNING. It was then rebooked for the same issue on July 26th, scheduled for August 29th, just 2 days past its warranty. I was assured it would be covered under warranty. Today, when inquiring, I was informed they were waiting for approval from Peugeot. Throughout the process, they mentioned waiting for parts and approval. My wife, who is disabled, needs the car for transportation, but we have had to reschedule two hospital appointments due to this delay. We are both getting increasingly frustrated. Can you please assist us with this matter?

I have a Peugeot [redacted] 1.6 HDI. Initially, an error message "filter or particle risk of clogging" appeared on my dashboard computer. After a diagnosis test, I refilled AdBlue, but the error reappeared. Subsequently, I encountered "engine fault repair needed" and "ESP fault" messages, along with limitations on power and tachometer speed to 2, hindering acceleration. Another diagnosis revealed a wiring short circuit issue that might relate to the computer board. What could be causing these problems?
