I urgently need assistance via email. Contact [redacted] within five minutes. If not, I will file a complaint with the United States Department of Justice regarding civil rights violations. Your current system only caters to email users, which is a federal offense and excludes those with disabilities, elderly, or sick individuals. It is unacceptable to demand an email that was rendered inactive due to Hurricane Sandy. Please rectify this issue promptly before legal action is taken.
