I am disappointed with the size of the Day We Wed Keepsake. Judging by the photo and price, I expected it to be larger. I had hoped it would be big enough to be displayed on a stand or table. I realize now I should have checked the measurements instead of relying solely on the picture. Similarly, the In Loving Memorial Cross is also smaller than I anticipated. I frequently shop for gifts but after this experience, I will not be returning to this store.

I received the self-inking stamp today. After trying it 15 times, it is not producing a consistently clear or bold return address as I expected. It seems like the ink supply is dried up or nearly empty, causing the address impression to be very faded and worsening with each use. Additionally, there were no instructions included.
Could you please provide guidance on how I can achieve a bold and clear print? The graphic and wording on the stamp are perfect, and I would like to make the most out of it.

I received my order of 6 personalized blankets today, but one of them (#[redacted] for JULIET) is noticeably shorter than the rest and has the top images cut off. This mistake means that one of my grandchildren will be missing a Christmas gift due to poor workmanship and lack of quality control. To make matters worse, I couldn't even reach anyone on the phone for assistance. I kindly request a reprint of the defective blanket to be sent overnight as there is no other solution to this issue.

I am contacting you regarding my recent order #[redacted]84. I purchased a frame and requested a gift box to accompany it. Unfortunately, the gift box was missing from the delivery, and now I must purchase one separately for my friend, a new great-grandmother. Due to my age and the challenges of shopping during the pandemic and extreme heat, it is inconvenient to have to go back out to find a gift box. I have been a satisfied customer in the past but am disappointed with this oversight. There is no time to wait for a replacement box as my friend is visiting tomorrow. Kindly refund the cost of the gift box and the shipping and handling charges to my credit card. I trust that future orders will be processed accurately.

I recently received my order of 1 American Flag with "One Nation Under God" personalization (#[redacted]). While the flag is fine, I was disappointed that the lettering is too small and not legible from afar. There was enough room for larger, more readable lettering. I wanted to share my feedback so other customers are aware and not let down like I was. I also have another significant order pending with personalization, and I hope this issue won't be repeated. I attempted to make a purchase with my Mastercard, but it was not accepted. I then tried with my Visa card, but encountered the same issue. I placed an order yesterday with order number [redacted]15. Despite being eligible for free shipping, it was not applied to my $90 order. After emailing the company requesting a credit for the shipping fee, I have not received a response. I attempted to call twice, experiencing long wait times and getting disconnected once while explaining my issue. The second time I called, an automated message informed me that the site was down and to email my request instead. I am disappointed with the lack of assistance and still hope to receive the shipping charge credit.

I recently placed two orders with numbers #[redacted]21 and #[redacted]52. I have consistently been pleased with the quality of the orders and products I have received over the years. My concern is regarding a postcard I received in the mail offering a free [redacted] Pandemic ornament and a 20% discount. My package reached the Pitney Bowes Facility in Grapevine, TX on November 24, [redacted]. Despite this, I have not yet received it at my P.O. Box in Wills Point. The delay is causing me inconvenience as I need to mail these items to Arkansas and Florida promptly. It has been sitting at the Grapevine location for 9 business days, which is unreasonable. I have already contacted customer service via email but only received a vague response stating, "AN ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE IS COMING SOON."

When I initially placed my order with Theresa, she was very rude and seemed rushed while assisting me with my order number #[redacted]32. I tried to explain that I encountered difficulty applying my coupon code: [redacted]-AEJI-EJDB-[redacted], which should have provided a free ornament plus a 20% discount on my purchase. Despite addressing this concern with her, she assured me that the coupon had been applied. However, upon reviewing my order details, I noticed that the ornament cost was not deducted as promised. I am unsure of the actions she took, but I am quite disappointed with her level of service.

Hello, I placed an order for a personalized pillow cover ([redacted]-B) for a Secret Santa exchange at work on 11/29/20. I expected it to arrive by 12/16/20, well before our exchange on 12/17/20. Although I received a shipping notification on 11/30/20 with a tracking number [redacted][redacted][redacted][redacted], the delivery was delayed. Despite selecting Economy Shipping, I paid for Express 2-day shipping for $8.99, which added to my disappointment. When I inquired about the delay, the response I received seemed dismissive, citing holiday shipping demands and capacity constraints as reasons for the delay. Ultimately, after receiving my order on 12/24/20, I was frustrated with the service and lack of communication. I am now seeking a refund for the pillow cover and the 2-day express shipping I paid for, as well as a Christmas stocking I ordered. Recently, I was contacted via Facebook by a woman named Kimmie Mcclowen who also ordered from the same company and received my purchase instead of hers.
