I have been on hold with Perricone for almost two hours today, on 2nd Sep. I am feeling frustrated with the company. Two months ago, I requested to change my order due to receiving too much Eye Lift. We updated the order to include 2 moisturizers and 1 Plasma Sub D. However, in my latest shipment, I received 2 Eye Lifts, 1 Moisturizer, and 1 Plasma Sub D instead. Although I notified Perricone about this mistake, I have yet to receive the return label promised to me. Another incorrect order is currently waiting at my PO Box. Additionally, during a recent call, the line got disconnected before we could wrap up the conversation, after spending a total of 4 hours in the past two months trying to resolve this issue. I apologize for any brusqueness, but I am keen on resolving this matter promptly.
