I made a purchase of a Fleck water softener from QualityWaterForLess.com. It has been almost a week, and the item has not been shipped yet. I have tried to reach them by phone without success. Could you please assist by contacting them to ensure the softener is shipped or to process a refund to my debit card? This situation has already caused some issues, and any help would be greatly appreciated. I understand this is not directly your responsibility, but they seem to be affiliated with your product without clarifying their role as a drop-shipper. I regret not being more cautious initially and now find myself reaching out to you for support. Thank you.

I have an Omnifilter OM32KCS water softener that is not functioning correctly. This is the second unit I have had to replace within a month. The first one did not soften the water despite following the instructions provided by the company. I returned it and received a replacement, but this time it started spraying water all over, soaking the control box. I managed to stop the spraying by putting two O rings on the nipple, but now the control box is not working. I will try to attach some photos for reference.
