I have a reservation to pick up a 26-foot Penske truck from Denton, TX. Despite making over 15 phone calls to the Denton location over several days at different times, no one answered. The phone immediately goes to a prerecording stating they cannot answer at the moment without further information. Please try calling them yourself to confirm. I am worried as moving is a serious task. I hope to avoid driving over 60 miles from Ardmore, OK, to Denton only to find the truck unavailable. Assistance is appreciated. I have rented from Penske three times in the past four years for moving due to my nursing career. Recently, after moving back to Texas from Alabama, I discovered water and rust stains on my year-old $1,[redacted] mattress. Despite being wrapped in a heavy-duty cover, rain seeped in during transit due to a leak in the moving truck. Sean, the MOD, offered me $[redacted] refund, but I declined and was directed to speak with Valerie, the manager in Carrollton. After visiting the location and showing Valerie photos, she stated they could not assist me as I should have noticed the risk of leaks when renting the truck. This experience has left me distressed as this is my first personal bed and settling back into Plano without it is challenging. The water damage is worrisome for mold, and I am determined to address this issue fairly.

I am Melissa Dalton. I rented a truck from the LaGrange Georgia Airport location and have returned it. I paid a $[redacted] deposit and extended the rental period.
