I'm in the process of setting up an ecommerce store with drop shipping as the business model, meaning I will not physically stock any products. I have a question regarding when to charge sales tax on transactions. I am receiving conflicting information about whether I should only charge Pennsylvania (PA) sales tax when the customer is a PA resident or if PA being a nexus state means I need to charge tax on all sales resulting from any business activity conducted within PA. Can someone clarify which is the correct approach based on the state tax codes provided?
Here is an excerpt from the code that mentions the point of sale for local sales tax imposition and another perspective mentioning PA as a nexus state. Any guidance on this matter would be greatly appreciated to ensure I am adhering to the correct tax regulations for my ecommerce store.

I had an accident during severe weather conditions while driving a semi-truck. I received a citation and a bill for the damage to a light pole, which I promptly resolved. I had a suspension on my CDL, which ended in September [redacted], but the points still appear on my record making it challenging to find a driving job. I'm requesting assistance with expunging the points so I can pursue employment, now holding a chauffeur class license. Your understanding and help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
A.D.

This election for the President appears to be fraught with numerous issues. I believe this has been a fraudulent election, and my trust in our election system has been greatly shaken. Why are some voting machines programmed and owned by foreign countries? Why were poll watchers ejected from certain counting sites? The appearance of bags of thumb drives being inserted into the machines is suspicious. It's time for transparency and accountability. This situation is disgraceful and has turned our genuine election into a mockery. As a veteran and taxpayer, I consider myself your employer, and I demand accountability.

I attempted to contact [redacted], but received a message stating that the Corporation division customer service is unavailable due to COVID. I need guidance on whether Nomlet, Inc. must submit the Decennial Report of Association Continued Existence by 12/31/[redacted]. Since online submission is not an option, can I rely on the postmarked date for mailing? Also, are there any deadline extensions available due to COVID?
In addition, Nomlet, Inc. is preparing a Statement of Withdrawal of Foreign Registration but requires more time to obtain tax clearance certificates from the Department of Revenue & Department of Labor. Do you anticipate obstacles when contacting these departments as well?

On January 20, [redacted], Donald Trump took the oath of office, pledging to "preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States." Nearly four years later, on January 6, [redacted], Trump incited a violent insurrection that aimed to overturn an election and damaged our democracy.
The Capitol attack was not spontaneous but the result of a methodical plan by Trump and his supporters to use lies, intimidation, coercion, and ultimately violence to maintain Trump in power. Trump's actions in undermining the Constitution and American democracy have rendered him unfit for any federal or state office, including the presidency, under Section 3 of the Fourteenth Amendment.
The Fourteenth Amendment's Section 3, established after the Civil War, serves as a safeguard for American democracy against individuals disloyal to the Constitution. It prohibits individuals who swore an oath to support the Constitution as a federal or state officer and then engaged in insurrection from holding office unless Congress votes by a two-thirds majority in each house to remove the disqualification.
