Pax World Customer Service Issues

I recently purchased a Pax 3 (4 weeks ago), and it was working flawlessly. Suddenly, it has stopped charging, and I am frustrated as I'm unable to vape. Please resolve this issue as I invested $[redacted] in this product, and it's only been a month. I have attempted troubleshooting, using various charging stations, computers, and TVs, but the problem persists. I request a functional/brand-new Pax 3 and charger to be sent to me. This is my second PAX vape device. The first one stopped connecting with the pods, so I had to discard it. I am looking to make a return, as advised by Made Men. The device presents several issues for me. Firstly, I smoke infrequently, about once a month, which causes the pods to become overly concentrated and dry out rapidly. They no longer function properly after a few months. Secondly, the device loses connection with the pods quite fast as well.

I purchased a purple "BACK" PAX at the county fair in Sauk Rapids, Minnesota last August. While buying it at full price, I noticed others getting it for much less. Due to back surgery, I couldn't use it until now. Unfortunately, when I tried it last night, the heat function didn't work despite multiple attempts. I would like to request a refund of $[redacted] due to this issue. I have seen similar complaints on the Better Business Bureau website, and my mother also had to replace hers. Thank you, Melissa N.
