I recently purchased a USB3 128GB Patriot Elite drive from your company. When I attempted to use it a few weeks ago, I encountered a "write protected" error. After contacting your technical support team, I was advised to download the latest USB drivers from my motherboard manufacturer's website, but this did not resolve the issue. I was also directed to download two utilities to fix the problem, which were unsuccessful. Finally, I was informed that I would need to arrange for the drive to be sent back for a return, but I would need to cover the shipping costs from Canada to the US. The shipping cost is nearly the same as the product price itself. I am frustrated at having to pay double the product price for a defective item. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you.
