I recently received my order promptly. Included in my order were a walking cane and 2-96 count tubs of Prevail disposable washcloths. Unfortunately, the package arrived in a damaged oversized box, with the cane sticking out and the box both inside and outside being damp where the cane poked through. Upon opening the box, I noticed that the washcloths were not secured with any packing material, resulting in them being jostled around and sustaining damage, causing one of the tubs to partially open. The moisture in the box was likely due to this leakage. The washcloths seemed slightly damp, unlike their usual dry state, which would require me to add a solution to make them usable.

I would like to cancel the order placed for the Prevail Extra Absorbent Pull-On Underwear on Friday afternoon for Ruth A Hester. The sample from Premium Overnight Tranquility arrived later that day and she mentioned they fit well - size Adult XS/Youth L fits her well, especially around the top of the legs, and she finds the pad comfortable. I will call back on Monday morning to place an order for these pull-ups. Thank you for your help and sorry for the inconvenience. - Esther

I recently ordered diapers, commode liners, and adult wipes totaling $[redacted]. Upon opening the boxes three days ago, I realized there was an error with one box which contained Prevail diapers instead of the adult wipes I had ordered. Despite contacting your company, there was uncertainty about returning the incorrect box initially. However, the following day, a FedEx representative arrived unannounced to collect the box, which was a positive surprise. Unfortunately, the correct item (wipes) was not with him. Upon contacting your company again, I was informed the wipes had been shipped. Regrettably, I am still waiting for them to arrive. This experience has left me disappointed with the service as it has required numerous calls to resolve while managing care for my husband. I am considering finding a new supplier due to the stress this situation has caused me as an elderly customer.

I recently made a purchase on 05-03-[redacted] with order #[redacted] for Item# SQ67903, described as TENA Stretch Super Brief Large X-Large. However, I received the wrong item as I intended to order pull-up briefs instead. I also mistakenly signed up for automatic delivery every 6 weeks.
