I recently started using breakage defense shampoo and conditioner. My hair has been falling out a lot, but after using the shampoo once, I noticed a significant decrease in hair fall. I only wash my hair every five days since it's not dry or greasy, and I no longer need to blow dry it. I have decided to also purchase the conditioner because of the positive results I saw. My hair is colored with demi-permanent dye, and I'm wondering if these products are suitable for colored hair, as I wouldn't want them to strip the color.

I purchased 2 Pantene Strong & Full shampoos online from Walgreens, and I picked up my order today. However, the containers and the shampoo inside are clear, not opaque like the ones I used to buy. In the past, the shampoo was creamy and white, which worked well for my hair. I'm wondering if this is a labeling error or if Pantene has changed the formula. I've been unable to reach anyone on the phone to ask about this discrepancy. - Lois R.

I experienced hair loss after using Pantene. I tried hydrotherapy, electrolytes, Chinese hair pills, and biotin to counteract the effects. I believe Pantene should inform users about the risks. Thankfully, I found help through Chinese herbs, and I care for others going through the same situation.

I recently bought Pantene Nutrient Blend shampoo and conditioner. Unfortunately, after using it once, I experienced an allergic reaction with hives all over my body. I sought medical help to ensure it wasn't a severe issue. Regrettably, contacting your company has been challenging as I couldn't reach anyone via phone, email, or any other means. I don't have the receipt, but I'm working on getting it. This was my first time using your product, and I don't plan to use it again. If I don't hear back soon, I will have to share my experience on social media platforms.
