Dear Barbara @ Customer Support, I hope this message finds you well. I recently made a mistake with my order. Following my mother's passing at the end of June, our family planned to gather for Christmas. In July, I purchased "The Night Before Christmas" pajamas, and just a month ago, I bought two more sets for additional family members. However, as I was organizing our Christmas pajama collection, I discovered the same "Night Before Christmas" pajamas in our cedar closet, which we have had for many years. The pajamas I bought in July and the recent ones are still in their original packaging, untouched. I would greatly appreciate it if you could assist me in exchanging them for either the "Home for the Holidays" or "The Grinch" pajamas. We have been loyal customers of your Family Christmas Jammies for a long time, and your help would mean a lot to me. Thank you for your assistance. Best regards, Debra D.

I recently received a pair of cartoonish men's flannel pajamas as a Christmas gift. Although I appreciated the gesture from my niece, the style was not something I would wear. The return process turned out to be quite challenging. There was no order number provided, making it impossible to complete the return form online as instructed. After multiple attempts to contact Pajamagram's customer service, which went unanswered for over 15 days, I finally reached someone in North Carolina who was unable to assist as they believed the Vermont offices were closed. After a long wait on hold, I managed to generate a return shipping label using a small number starting with "S" on the label, which turned out to be the sales order number. It was frustrating that this information was not clearly indicated on the returns page. Additionally, the chat box on their website was constantly inaccessible. Overall, the returns process was overly complicated, making it difficult for recipients, especially those who are elderly or without computer access, to return unwanted items. This experience has left me disappointed, and I will not be using Pajamagram again due to their unprofessional handling of returns.

Dear Concerned Party, I recently lodged a complaint with Customer Service regarding my order #PJG-[redacted]0. After being directed to call in for a resolution, I was initially offered a $13 credit citing shipping costs, which I found unsatisfactory. In seeking a fairer resolution for my inconvenience, the supervisor proposed a $25 credit or the option to return the gift, which I found unreasonable. I have decided to dispute the charge on my Credit Card statement. The initial issue revolved around the absence of a card, poor gift wrapping, and lack of sender information. I hope that Pajamagram will rectify this situation appropriately and uphold their reputation. Sincerely, D. McComas
