Hello, I placed a football bet at Hoddesdon Paddy Power today. I tried to cash out, confirmed the button, and handed my bet slip to the staff member. However, I was informed that the cash out wasn't processed, which was a shock to me. I didn't receive any cash out even though it was around 70/73 minutes into the game. My ticket number is B[redacted][redacted]3-4. If this issue isn't resolved by tomorrow, I will escalate it to the Gambling Commission. Currently, my ticket is marked as a loss, which is disappointing. If this matter isn't addressed, I will publicly highlight the potential fraud at Paddy Power in the newspapers. Thank you.

I recently visited Paddy Power in Bearwood, West Midlands and noticed that the cashier was consistently on the phone during my time in the shop. When I inquired about today's racing, she incorrectly informed me that there was only one meeting, which turned out to be inaccurate. I would appreciate it if the cashier could focus more on assisting customers rather than being on the phone. I am eager to hear your response soon.

To whom it may concern,
I am inquiring about the suspension status on my husband's Paddy Power account. I have provided all the requested documents and understand the necessity of credit checks for account verification. It has been easier for me to open accounts for him using my bank details in the past. I am frustrated that I am unable to withdraw funds due to the account suspension. Initially, I expected the account to be active within 48 hours, but the process has been delayed. Although I neglected to send all required documentation promptly, I eventually submitted the necessary copy of my bank card. Despite sending my driving licence over 96 hours ago to authorize bank transactions, the account remains suspended.
Sincerely,
A.

Hello,
Today, I visited Paddy Power in Canterbury, as I usually do for some fun. While playing, I noticed there were a few guys around, but only I was using the machine. The staff member behind the counter (a white man with a bald head and skinny build) approached me and asked me not to press the button too quickly because the noise was bothering him.
I found this interaction to be rude as I was playing calmly and not overly aggressively. I felt like I was being unfairly targeted due to his personal preference. I am upset not because of losing £45, but because of being reprimanded when I did not feel I was in the wrong.
I did not expect to encounter this kind of attitude. I hope this matter will be addressed, even if it means reviewing CCTV footage to better train the staff.
Thank you.

I attempted to create an account with Paddy Power, only to discover I already had one from years ago. I can't remember the login details as I never used it. I don't have access to the old email connected to the account. I've tried contacting them through their website to no avail. Can someone advise me on how to regain access to my account?

On October 13, [redacted], I visited a Glasgow branch of Paddy Power known as the 'top shop'. The 'Bottom Shop' is located on Union Street. Arriving around 11:15, the shop wasn't busy, but the cashier was engrossed in a conversation with a customer, who was using profanity excessively. I kindly asked the customer to stop swearing, but the female cashier defended his behavior, claiming it wasn't illegal. Another customer then rudely told me to leave, with the cashier supporting him and using offensive language herself. Feeling unwelcome, I decided to place my bet at a Bet Fred branch instead. Paddy Power's acceptance of profanity as normal is disappointing. It's evident that the cashier operates without regard for customer comfort. I refuse to tolerate such language and being asked to leave. Other bookmakers have treated me respectfully, unlike this experience. The atmosphere created may deter female customers. If this is their standard of customer service, Paddy Power should consider providing etiquette training. I won't be returning.

I recently applied for the customer service team leader position. Unfortunately, there were technical difficulties with uploading my interview answers. Despite only one answer being successfully uploaded out of the five questions, I received an email stating that I was not selected. I attempted to contact support via email but did not receive a response. I also visited the store near Kilburn station for assistance but was unable to get any help. I am very interested in the opportunity to work with your team.

Username: silvertop. I've been with you since June, but on Nov 16th, you deducted £30 from my bank account. I have a £20 daily limit, and I've had withdrawals that haven't been returned to my account. I need a full account history. I'm dissatisfied with P.P. It's frustrating not being able to speak to anyone. On Nov 16th, I tried to use Betfair, but you took £30 from my bank. What's happening?

I attempted to open a new account, but it was blocked because I allegedly have an existing one. However, my previous account was inactive for over 2 years, and I assumed it was closed. I now reside in South Wales and my current email is [redacted] I am eager to start using your services again. Your guidance on how we can proceed would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Last Sunday, on December 13th, I transferred two payments of five pounds each. One of the transfers is showing in my app's transaction history, but the other two are missing. It's been nearly a week, and after involving my bank, they confirm that the money has reached your bank by providing me with a statement. As the issue persists, my only remaining option seems to be to seek legal assistance. I appreciate any feedback on this matter. Thank you, Mr. E Bradley, also known as littletonna.

Dear Paddy Power, a week ago on Sunday, the 13th of December, I transferred two five pound transactions into my Paddy Power account from my bank. Sadly, they did not register in my PP account. I tried again with another five pounds, and that transaction did go through. I have contacted customer service multiple times without a resolution. After visiting my bank for a print out, the manager confirmed that Paddy Power owes me ten pounds. When can I expect to receive my missing money back? Sincerely, Mr. E Bradley.

I have two Card Plus cards. When the second one arrived, I cancelled the first one and activated the second one. Everything was fine initially; I could bet, use it in retail shops, and withdraw cash from ATMs. However, suddenly all betting transactions and winnings were going to the cancelled card. The cancelled card now doesn't work in shops or ATMs; it only allows me to bet. The activated card still works fine. I spoke with Rishi at Paddy Power today, and he sent me a link to a portal to address the issue. However, the first card was not listed, only the second card. I need help resolving this so I can withdraw funds from the first card and continue using the second card properly.

I recently opened an account to bet on the Grand National and US Masters golf. After receiving an email confirming my account, I couldn't deposit funds as my account got suspended. Following a chat with Daniel from customer service, I learned I needed to provide photo ID and utility bills. I promptly sent over my passport (slightly expired), birth certificate, and council tax letter to [redacted], but haven't received a response yet. While I find the need for a photo on an online account confusing, I've complied by submitting one along with other required documents. I prefer not to provide my bank details for betting. I hoped to wager on upcoming events this weekend, similar to online lotteries, but without a prompt reply, I worry about missing out. Regards, Barry E. Email: [redacted]

This morning I placed bets at your shop in Lordship Lane and the Roundway, London, on the 9.22 race at Gardens Australia. My bets were on 3-1 £1 R, 3-2 £1 R, and 3-8 £1.50 R. The 3-2 bet won, but when I went to collect my £33.22 forecast, I was told by the manager that the 2 dog was a non-runner and refused payment. Despite returning twice and showing me proof on his phone, he persisted. I then visited another Paddy Power shop in Palmers Green where the issue was resolved, albeit after numerous calls. The manager at the Lordship Lane shop also informed me that I was barred, adding to my frustration. I request that appropriate action be taken against this staff member and hope for a resolution from the company. I did not use inappropriate language or threats during the incident. Please investigate and address this matter promptly. Thank you for your attention. - Mr C. Karpasitis

I am a loyal customer at Paddy Power in Colchester High Street. Last Saturday, on August 29, [redacted], after placing my bets, I settled to watch the Man City vs. Arsenal match. The shop started feeling cold, so I asked James, a staff member, to turn on the heating as I was uncomfortably cold. He said he did, but an hour later, there was no change. When I mentioned it again, Jordan, his colleague, made a joke. I was frank in explaining my discomfort, but he advised me to wear a jumper. The following day, I returned, hoping for an apology or acknowledgment, but he didn't speak to me.

I updated my email address yesterday, and now I'm unable to log in with my password. My username was my old password, so I assumed it would transition smoothly to my new email. When attempting to reset my password, it prompted me to enter my father's first name, which I accurately inputted but was deemed incorrect. Frustratingly, I can't proceed with changing my password as I couldn't comprehend the error. I need access to my account for today's racing. Your assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I had a disappointing experience with customer service today at Paddy Power Chats. The Chat master in Platinum Bingo was insensitive despite my situation of awaiting cancer test results. This incident occurred on October 17, [redacted], between 2:20 pm and 3 pm. I initially made a joke with a French accent as I am French, wishing good luck, but was reprimanded. I tried to explain how humor helps me cope with my illness, but was told not to express my emotions online. While others in the chat were discussing personal issues, my situation was met with a lack of compassion. The experience left me feeling hurt, to the point where I stopped playing and logged out. Despite feeling disgusted, I will be proving the genuineness of my situation with medical results. - MP

There is a lady manager at the Paddy Power branch in Kingsbury NW9 who consistently behaves unfriendly and rude toward me whenever I visit the shop. Most of the other managers are helpful, but her attitude is off-putting. She always appears disinterested and unpleasant, making me uncomfortable. Today, on the 4/11/21, her demeanor was particularly unwelcoming. In contrast, another Indian lady manager there is friendly and supportive. I am considering going to the Preston Road branch instead due to the negative experience with this manager at Kingsbury NW9. I have never provoked this behavior and wish for it to be addressed. Thank you, Nicholas.

My mother recently opened an account with you and needs to provide some documents. She struggles with using computers so I'm wondering if I can send the required documents from my phone instead. The account is under the name of Ann Watson at 41 Gordon Road, Tunbridge Wells, Kent, TN4 9BL. I'm having trouble sending the pictures to my mum's computer. Additionally, my mother doesn't have a passport or a driving licence for photo ID, but she does have a disabled parking badge with a photo on it. Would that be acceptable to send as well?

On Wednesday, December 2nd, I placed a £5 free bet on the Manchester United vs. Arsenal game. I understand that the £5 stake is not included in any returns. The bet was for over 2.5 goals in the game, both teams to score, Manchester United with over 4 shots on target, Arsenal with over 4 shots on target, and both teams to score 2 goals. The odds for the last selection were 4 to 1, which should have given me £20 in addition to the other 4 selections. However, I only received £25.92 from Paddy Power, which seems to be incorrect according to four bookmaker friends I consulted. I have tried reaching out on live chat multiple times, but no one seems to understand the issue with the bet settlement. As a long-time customer, I am disappointed and have refrained from placing any further bets with Paddy Power until this mistake is rectified. I hope someone can review this bet and correct the settlement to ensure fairness. The bet ID is 0/[redacted]/[redacted].
