Pacific Sales Appliances Customer Service Issues

I had a frustrating experience with Pacific Sales in Huntington Beach. They made an error with my range hood order, charging me for a full unit with blowers but delivering just a bare shell. The store was not willing to resolve the problem promptly, insisting I wait seven days for the correct item. This left my new range unusable with six people in the home. Despite the correct hood being nearby for them to retrieve, the store representative was unhelpful and unapologetic. I even paid an electrician to wire up the incomplete product before realizing it was missing parts. The store manager was uncooperative, becoming aggressive with my wife and refusing a refund. Despite spending over $15,[redacted] at Pacific Sales, I am now hesitant to return for future remodeling projects unless they rectify the situation and offer an apology.

I recently bought a refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher, along with a stove that was delivered damaged and returned without being brought inside. Despite this, the charges for the stove, protection plan, and cord are still on my bill. The salesperson, John V., was supposed to credit these items. I also encountered delays with the delivery of the refrigerator purchased in August. The microwave and dishwasher have been successfully installed. Furthermore, there was supposed to be a 10% credit if I paid off my first statement, but I am unable to do so due to the incorrect charges on the bill. I have been on the phone for 38 minutes trying to resolve this issue.
