I recently purchased a [redacted] Forest River Berkshire 38A from your lot and encountered an issue with the mattress upon arrival at the park. The mattress was badly stained, with the cording at the seams ripped and hanging loose. The unit was in great shape otherwise, but this mattress was clearly not meant to be there. I contacted the dealer, and Josh mentioned that it might have been the mattress from another unit. Despite the "as is" deal, the unexpected condition of the mattress raised concerns for me as a buyer. I ended up returning the mattress myself. I understand if I don't receive a response, but I wanted to share my experience before posting a review. - Skip
