Hello, my name is Alexis Jones, and I recently encountered a situation on the road that I need help with. I am a new 17-year-old driver and was in the process of obtaining an EZ Pass for my vehicle. While driving back home from the shore at night, my GPS directed me to a toll road unexpectedly due to an accident, and I had no other route options. While I was able to pay cash at other tolls on the same road previously, this particular one only accepted EZ Pass, leaving me no choice but to pass through without paying. I am concerned about extra charges due to this situation and would appreciate guidance on how to resolve this matter promptly. Thank you for your assistance.
