I have installed the AMP [redacted] shower head on February 7, [redacted]. Prior to installing this product, we had good water pressure. However, upon first use with the hand-held showerhead, and ensuring that the fixed showerhead was turned off, we experienced significantly reduced water pressure. The water spray reached only 6-8 inches when aimed at the ceiling on full force. When both showerheads are used simultaneously, the water pressure is minimal. I wonder if there is a water flow restrictor in the diverter causing this issue. I double-checked that the silicone plumber’s tape did not block any pipe openings. While we like the concept of the product, we feel that we have not received the expected performance for the price we paid. Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Upon testing it with the handheld shower head, ensuring the fixed shower head was off, the water pressure was disappointingly low. Even when aimed at the ceiling on full blast, the spray only reached 6-8 inches up. Simultaneously using both shower heads results in a mere trickle of water. I suspect there might be a water flow restrictor in the diverter. I took care to not block any pipe openings with the silicone plumber’s tape. Although we like the product concept, we feel that the performance we have experienced is not worth the $70 price tag for something as basic as a shower head. Any assistance you can provide would be highly appreciated.
