Order #[redacted] was placed on 06/21/[redacted]. I waited until 06/24/[redacted] to check on my order. After several unsuccessful attempts to reach out to Osogrande, I realized there was an issue and decided to cancel my order. Despite not being charged or the knife being shipped, I made over 50 phone calls and sent emails and contact form submissions to Osogrande to cancel my order, but received no response. The lack of customer service is disappointing. I am seeking an RMA, free return shipping, and free restocking for this inconvenience.
